[0023] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, a work stand in accordance with the present invention is configured for a saw machine 70 such as a miter saw to be mounted thereon. The work stand has a plate 10, a supporting frame 20, and an adapting unit 30.

[0024] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the plate 10 has a main body 111, two lateral flanges 112, two end flanges 113, three first assembling holes 12, three second assembling holes 13, three third assembling holes 14, an opening 15, an mounting hole 16, and a guiding slit 17.

[0025] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the main body 111 is rectangular and has four corners. The two lateral flanges 112 are opposite in position and are parallel to each other. The two end flanges 113 are opposite in position and are parallel to each other. In the embodiment of the present invention, each lateral flange 112 is longer than each end flange 113.

[0026] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, each one of the first assembling holes 12 is an elongated hole and is defined through the main body 111 of the plate 10. The first assembling holes 12 are located at one of the four corners and are parallel to one another. Each one of the second assembling holes 13 is an elongated hole and is defined through the main body 111 of the plate 10 as well. The second assembling holes 13 are located at another one of the four corners and are parallel to one another. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first assembling holes 12 and the second assembling holes 13 are located adjacent to the same one of the two lateral flanges 112 and are parallel to each one of the two lateral flanges 112.

[0027] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, each one of the third assembling holes 14 is an elongated hole and is defined through the main body 111 of the plate 10. The third assembling holes 14 are located at still another one of the four corners and are parallel to one another. In the embodiment of the present invention, an extending direction of each one of the third assembling holes 14 is perpendicular to an extending direction of each one of the first assembling holes 12 and is perpendicular to an extending direction of each one of the second assembling holes 13.

[0028] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the opening 15 is located at the remaining one of the four corners. In the embodiment of the present invention, the opening 15 has an outline being rectangular.

[0029] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the mounting hole 16 is defined through one of the flanges 111, 112 of the main body 111 and located adjacent to the opening 15. In the embodiment of the present invention, the mounting hole 16 is defined through one of the lateral flanges 112.

[0030] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the guiding slit 17 is defined through the main body 111, located adjacent to the opening 15 and opposite to the mounting hole 16.

[0031] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the supporting frame 20 is configured to support the work stand on the ground. The supporting frame 20 has four legs 21 and four beams 22. The four legs 21 are respectively disposed at the four corners and are assembled to the lateral flanges 112 and the end flanges 113 of the plate 10. Each adjacent two legs 21 are connected together by one of the four beams 22.

[0032] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the adapting unit 30 has a sheet 31, three assembling holes 32, and an elongated mounting hole 33. The sheet 31 has a major section 311, a mounting portion 312, and an engaging portion 313. The mounting portion 312 extends from the major section 311 of the sheet 31. An obtuse angle is defined between the major section 311 and the mounting portion 312. The engaging portion 313 is configured to be inserted in the guiding slit 17 of the plate 10. The engaging portion 313 extends from the major section 311 and is located opposite to the mounting portion 312.

[0033] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, each one of the three assembling holes 32 is defined through the major section 311 of the sheet 31. The three assembling holes 32 located at the major section 311 are parallel to one another. The elongated mounting hole 33 is defined through the mounting portion 312 and extends parallel to the guiding slit 17 of the plate 10.

[0034] With reference to FIGS. 5 to 10, the engaging portion 313 of the sheet 31 of the adapting unit 30 is inserted in the guiding slit 17 of the plate 10, and a bolt is mounted through the elongated mounting hole 33 of the adapting unit 30 and the mounting hole 16 of the plate 10 to connect the adapting unit 30 and the plate 10. Wherein, the engaging portion 313 is movable along the guiding slit 17 when the adapting unit 30 moves relative to the plate 10. In the embodiment of the present invention, each one of the three assembling holes 32 is parallel to each one of the third assembling holes 14.

[0035] With reference to FIGS. 12 to 14, with the elongated first assembling holes 12, second assembling holes 13, third assembling holes 14 of the plate 10, and the elongated assembling holes 32 of the adapting unit 30, a position where the saw machine 70 is assembled can be adjusted.

[0036] When a pitch P between mounting holes of the saw machine 70 varies with specifications, with the guiding slit 17 of the plate 10 and the elongated mounting hole 33 of the adapting unit 30, the adapting unit 30 can be moved relative to the plate 10 along the guiding slit 17 to correspond to the varied pitch P. Therefore, the work stand of the present invention is suitable for saw machines of various specifications and a scope of application of the present invention is further expanded.

[0037] Furthermore, with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 11, the work stand of the present invention may further have three rectangular washers 90 arranged between the saw machine 70 and the plate 10. Each one of the three rectangular washers 90 has three through holes 91. Each one of the three through holes 91 is elongated. The three through holes 91 of each one of the three rectangular washers 90 are parallel to one another and arranged according to the first assembling holes 12, the second assembling holes 13, or the third assembling holes 14. The three rectangular washers 90 may be respectively deployed at three of the four corners of the plate 10. The through holes 91 of each one of the three rectangular washers 90 are respectively aligned with and communicate with the first assembling holes 12, the second assembling holes 13, or the third assembling holes 14.

[0038] In the embodiment of the present invention, the rectangular washers 90 between the saw machine 70 and the plate 10 make the saw machine 70 assembled to the plate 10 levelly.
