[0063] As shown in FIGS. 1-10, the present embodiment provides an outdoor umbrella with easy opening and closing mechanism, including an umbrella shaft 1, an actuating assembly 2, a hydraulic rod 3, and a cantilever 4 sequentially arranged upwardly thereon; the actuating assembly 2 is designed to mate with the movement of umbrella shaft 1, the end of actuating assembly 2 is connected to the top center area of the rib assembly 5; the cantilever 4 is arranged at the top end of the umbrella shaft 1, the end of cantilever 4 is connected to the bottom center area of the rib assembly 5. In the actuating assembly, the end of the movable cantilever is hinged to the top ferrule, and the end of the cantilever is hinged to the bottom ferrule, and the opening and closing between the movable cantilever and the cantilever drives the opening and closing of the rib assembly. The hydraulic rod 3 is arranged at the upper part of the umbrella shaft 1, the end of hydraulic rod 3 is connected to the cantilever 4; the actuating assembly 2, the hydraulic rod 3, and the cantilever 4 cooperate to drive the closure of the umbrella canopy 6. The outdoor umbrella uses the hydraulic rod to assist the opening and closing. The use of the hydraulic rod can reduce the physical burden of the user when opening and closing the outdoor umbrella. A large outdoor umbrella can be easily opened and closed by a single person with the drive of the hydraulic rod. The hydraulic rod can well support the outdoor umbrella after deploying, preventing the rib assembly from shaking and improving the stability and reliability of the outdoor umbrella when used. The opening and closing of the outdoor umbrella is accomplished through the joint action of the hydraulic rod and the actuating handle. When the user holds the actuating handle, squeezes the rotatable lever, the lower end of the rotatable lever is hinged to the inside of the housing, and the upper part of the rotatable lever rotates in a direction away from the umbrella shaft, driving the fixing rod away from the umbrella shaft. When the user releases the actuating handle, the rotatable lever is reset, and the end of the fixing rod is pressed against the side wall of the umbrella shaft. The rolling wheels use rolling instead of sliding, significantly reducing the friction between the umbrella shaft and the actuating handle, making the movement of the actuating handle on the shaft smoother, making the opening and closing of the outdoor umbrella easier and more labor-saving, so that the user only needs to apply a small amount of force in the vertical direction, and the actuating handle can slide on the umbrella shaft. When using the outdoor umbrella, the user only needs to hold the actuating handle, apply a certain amount of squeezing pressure to the rotatable lever, and slide the actuating handle upward along the direction of the umbrella shaft to open the outdoor umbrella; to close the umbrella, the user can slide the actuating handle downward along the direction of the umbrella shaft in the same manner, and the outdoor umbrella of the present invention is easy to operate, and saves time and labor. The outdoor umbrella uses a hydraulic rod combined with a actuating handle instead of the traditional hand crank device, effectively eliminating the opening and closing faults of outdoor umbrella caused by damage to the pull rope, and improving the reliability and convenience of the outdoor umbrella when used. The outdoor umbrella of the present invention is easy to operate, saves time and labor, and possesses stability and reliability.

[0064] As shown in FIG. 3, in this embodiment, the hydraulic rod 3 further comprises a first movable rod 31 telescopically received within a second movable rod 32, the end of the first movable rod 31 is hinged to the umbrella shaft 1, and the end of the second movable rod 32 is hinged to the cantilever 4. The hydraulic rod 3 here is a pneumatic hydraulic rod, which is an existing product, and the function of the hydraulic rod is to convert the fluid pressure energy to the mechanical energy, and the use of the hydraulic rod can reduce the physical burden of the user when opening and closing the outdoor umbrella. A large outdoor umbrella can be easily opened and closed by a single person with the drive of the hydraulic rod. When the outdoor umbrella is deployed, the hydraulic rod extends, and the first movable rod extends from the second movable rod, and the hydraulic rod can well support the umbrella canopy after deploying, preventing the rib assembly from shaking, and improving the stability and reliability of use; when the outdoor umbrella is closed, the hydraulic rod is retracted, and the first movable rod is retracted in the direction of the second movable rod.

One end of the rotatable lever 222 is hinged to the inside of the housing 221, and the other end of the rotatable lever 222 is hinged to one end of the fixing rod 223, and the other end of the fixing rod 223 is pressed against the side wall of the umbrella shaft 1. The actuating handle 22 further comprises a plurality of rolling wheels 224 pressed against both sides of the umbrella shaft 1, the rolling wheels 224 are journaled to the inside of the housing 221 and are used to assist the sliding movement of the actuating handle 22. The rolling wheels use rolling instead of pure sliding, significantly reducing the friction between the umbrella shaft and the actuating handle, making the movement of the actuating handle on the shaft smoother, making the opening and closing of the outdoor umbrella easier and more labor-saving, so that the user only needs to apply a small amount of force in the vertical direction, and the actuating handle can slide on the umbrella shaft.

[0066] As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in this embodiment, the cantilever 4 further comprises a connecting member 42, a first short rod 41 and a second short rod 43 are fixed at both ends of connecting member 42, the end of the first short rod 41 is hinged to the top of the umbrella shaft 1, and the end of the second short rod 43 is hinged to the top of the bottom ferrule 54. The actuating handle 22 is hinged to the end of the movable cantilever 21, the movable cantilever 21 passes through the middle of the connecting member 42 and is hinged to the connecting member 42. The middle part of the movable cantilever is hinged to the connecting member of the cantilever, the movable cantilever and the cantilever are in an X-shaped cross structure, which is easy to fold, and the movable cantilever and the cantilever can be tightly folded together, which reduces the volume of the outdoor umbrella when it is stowed, and makes the outdoor umbrella more convenient to store and transport. The end of the movable cantilever is hinged to the top ferrule, and the end of the cantilever is hinged to the bottom ferrule, and the opening and closing between the movable cantilever and the cantilever drives the opening and closing of the rib assembly. After the outdoor umbrella is deployed and fixed, the X-shaped cross structure has good stability, which improves the overall stability of the outdoor umbrella.

[0067] As shown in FIG. 9, in this embodiment, a fixing hole 11 is arranged at the upper side wall of the umbrella shaft 1, the fixing hole 11 is designed to mate with the fixing rod 223. After the outdoor umbrella is deployed, the fixing rod is used to fix the rib assembly to the deployed state. After the outdoor umbrella is closed, the actuating handle slides down, and the outdoor umbrella remains closed under the action of gravity of the rib assembly and the umbrella canopy.

[0068] As shown in FIG. 10, in this embodiment, the rib assembly 5 further comprises an top ferrule 51 with a plurality of upper ribs 52 hinged to the side, each of the middle of the upper ribs 52 is hinged to one end of the lower ribs 53, and the other end of the lower ribs 53 is hinged to the side of the bottom ferrule 54. The rib assembly is made of high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy material, which has good stretching and wind resistance, and the upper and lower ribs are hard and not easy to break and deform. The end of the movable cantilever is hinged to the top ferrule, and the end of the cantilever is hinged to the bottom ferrule. When the outdoor umbrella is deployed, the extension of movable cantilever and cantilever drives the bottom ferrule to close to the top ferrule, and the deploying of the lower ribs drives the deploying of the upper ribs, so as to open the outdoor umbrella. When the outdoor umbrella is closed, the closing of the movable cantilever and the cantilever drives the bottom ferrule away from the top ferrule, and the contraction of the lower ribs drives the contraction of the upper ribs, thereby closing the outdoor umbrella. A fixing block 55 is arranged at each end of the upper ribs 52, and the fixing blocks are used to fix the umbrella canopy 6 on the rib assembly 5. The umbrella canopy has the function of shading the sun and preventing rain, and the umbrella canopy provides a shaded area for people to protect the user from direct sunlight and reduces the damage caused by ultraviolet rays to the skin; the material and design of the umbrella canopy make it capable of blocking the rainwater, and provide the user with a dry shelter when traveling on a rainy day; the umbrella canopy, the rib assembly, the umbrella shaft and other components of umbrella work in concert to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the entire umbrella.

[0069] The working principle of the technical solutions provided by the present invention is as follows:

[0070] In the process of deploying the outdoor umbrella, the user holds the actuating handle, squeezes the rotatable lever, and slides the actuating handle upward along the direction of the umbrella shaft, and the upward movement of the actuating handle drives the extension of the movable cantilever and the cantilever, as well as the extension of the hydraulic rod. The extension of the movable cantilever and cantilever drives the bottom ferrule to close to the top ferrule, and the deploying of the lower ribs drives the deploying of the upper ribs, so as to open the outdoor umbrella; the extension of the hydraulic rod reduces the burden of the user, and the user can easily push the actuating handle upward to the location of the fixing hole, and the user releases the actuating handle, and the fixing rod is stuck into the fixing hole, so that the outdoor umbrella can be maintained in the deploying state.

[0071] In the process of closing the outdoor umbrella, the user holds the actuating handle, squeezes the rotatable lever, and slides the actuating handle downward along the direction of the umbrella shaft, and the downward movement of the actuating handle drives the closure of the movable cantilever and cantilever and the contraction of the hydraulic rod. The closure of the movable cantilever and cantilever drives the bottom ferrule away from the top ferrule, and the contraction of the lower ribs drives the contraction of the upper ribs, thus closing the outdoor umbrella; the contraction of the hydraulic rod reduces the burden of the user, and the user can easily pull the actuating handle downward until the hydraulic rod is completely contracted, and the outdoor umbrella can be maintained in the closed state under the effect of the rib assembly and the gravity of the umbrella canopy.

[0072] When the user holds the actuating handle, squeezes the rotatable lever, the lower end of the rotatable lever is hinged to the inside of the housing, and the upper part of the rotatable lever rotates in a direction away from the umbrella shaft, driving the fixing rod away from the umbrella shaft.

[0073] Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention, not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, a person skilled in the art should understand that it is still possible to amend the technical solutions recorded in the foregoing embodiments, or to make equivalent substitutions for some or all of the technical features therein; and such modifications or substitutions does not take the essence of the corresponding technical solutions out of the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
