    Abstract

An inside-tank toilet brush system is disclosed, designed to remain concealed within the toilet tank and to clean the bowl automatically with each flush cycle. The device includes an angled antimicrobial brush head, a solid modular handle, and an ergonomic grip attached to a flat, tank-mountable hanger that positions the brush in proximity to the internal tank wall while avoiding interference with the flush mechanism. The design allows the brush to engage the flushing water flow for self-cleaning and sanitization after each use. The system provides a compact, sanitary, and maintenance-free solution eliminating the need for external toilet brushes or floor stands.

    Claims

    1. A toilet cleaning brush apparatus comprising: a flat tank hanger; an antimicrobial grip extending from said hanger; a wand connected to said grip at a first angled joint of approximately 13 degrees; and a brush head connected to said wand at a second angled joint of approximately 22 degrees, wherein said grip, wand, and brush head are each constructed from antimicrobial material and configured for storage within a toilet tank without interfering with flushing components.

    2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said flat tank hanger is shaped to rest over a toilet tank wall and maintain the brush in an upright position.

    3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said antimicrobial grip includes a textured ergonomic surface to enhance user handling during cleaning.

    4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said first angled joint of approximately 13 degrees is configured to position the wand closer to the tank wall.

    5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said wand comprises a straight antimicrobial shaft extending downward from said grip to said brush head.

    6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said second angled joint of approximately 22 degrees positions the brush head for optimal contact with bowl surfaces.

    7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said brush head comprises a fan-shaped antimicrobial bristle array designed to reach under toilet rims and along curved surfaces.

    8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said toilet cleaning brush is positioned entirely within the toilet tank when not in use.

    9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said brush head is modular and replaceable, allowing for substitution of worn components without replacing the entire apparatus.

    10. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein all exposed plastic components are composed of an antimicrobial polymer to inhibit bacterial growth and odor retention.

    11. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said brush is automatically rinsed clean during each flush cycle of the toilet, eliminating the need for manual rinsing and contributing to hygiene, odor control, and user convenience.

    Description

    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0003] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the toilet cleaning brush illustrating the overall appearance and configuration of the invention.

[0004] FIG. 3 is a numbered functional diagram illustrating the main components referenced throughout the claims and description.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0005] Referring now to FIG. 3, the toilet cleaning brush apparatus comprises a flat tank hanger (100) configured to suspend the device from the edge of a toilet tank wall. An antimicrobial grip (110) extends downward from the hanger, offering an ergonomic form for user handling and constructed from a germ-resistant material. A 13-degree angled joint (120) connects the grip to the wand (130), positioning the wand closer to the inner tank wall for clearance. The wand (130) is elongated and linear, constructed from an antimicrobial plastic and sized to allow complete submersion in the tank. At the lower end, a 22-degree angled joint (140) connects the wand to the antimicrobial brush head (150), angling the brush to contact toilet surfaces effectively. The fan-shaped brush head (150) is shaped for rim and bowl cleaning and may optionally be configured to be replaceable. In some embodiments, the entire apparatus is stored within the toilet tank when not in use, reducing exposure and enhancing bathroom aesthetics.

[0006] In some embodiments, the invention further comprises a tank-mounted orientation whereby the brush is automatically rinsed clean during each flush cycle of the toilet, eliminating the need for manual rinsing or separate storage. This flushing action contributes to hygiene, odor control, and user convenience.
