    Abstract

    A charm-holding sock device is provided. The device is comprised of a sock body, which may come in various styles and materials to offer specific properties such as moisture-wicking, breathability, or elasticity. The sock body features a raised non-slip grip area, enhancing traction on different surfaces, and is made from flexible materials like silicone or rubber. Additionally, the sock includes an eyelet or grommet, which can be made from various materials and is designed to receive interchangeable charms. These charms come in different designs, materials, and finishes, offering customization options. The charms are secured via a male fastener system, allowing easy attachment and removal. The invention further comprises a method of using the sock by attaching the charm to the eyelet and placing the sock on the user's foot.

    Claims

    1. A charm-holding sock device comprising: a sock body configured to be worn on a user's foot; an eyelet disposed on the sock body; and a charm, wherein the charm is comprised of a fastener configured to engage the eyelet, thereby allowing removable attachment of the charm to the sock body.

    2. The charm-holding sock device of claim 1, wherein the sock body is comprised of a crew sock, an ankle sock, a knee-high sock, or a compression sock.

    3. The charm-holding sock device of claim 1, wherein the sock body is comprised of a cotton, a polyester, a nylon, a spandex, or a wool.

    4. The charm-holding sock device of claim 1, wherein the charm is comprised of a metal, a plastic, a resin, a wood, or a rubber.

The charm-holding sock device of claim 1, wherein the charm is comprised of a finish comprised of a polished finish, a brushed metal finish, a matte finish, a glossy plastic finish, a metallic plating finish, a painted finish, an enamel-coated finish, a glow-in-the-dark finish, a glitter finish, or a holographic finish.

    6. The charm-holding sock device of claim 1, wherein the fastener is comprised of a snap fit fastener.

    7. The charm-holding sock device of claim 1, wherein the fastener is comprised of a rounded rear surface.

    8. The charm-holding sock device of claim 1, wherein the fastener is comprised of a flat rear surface.

    9. The charm-holding sock device of claim 1, wherein the fastener is comprised of a contoured rear surface.

    10. The charm-holding sock device of claim 1, wherein the charm resembles a character, a shape, an image, an object, an animal, a symbol, a sports equipment, a vehicle, a letter, a number, a natural element, an icon, a character, a design, a logo, or a team emblem.

    11. A charm-holding sock device comprising: a sock body comprised of a non-slip grip area; an eyelet disposed on the sock body; and a charm removably attached to the eyelet, wherein the charm includes a fastener configured to engage the eyelet.

    12. The charm-holding sock device of claim 11, wherein the non-slip grip area is comprised of a raised area.

    13. The charm-holding sock device of claim 11, wherein the non-slip grip area is comprised of a silicone, a rubber, a thermoplastic elastomer, or a polyurethane.

    14. The charm-holding sock device of claim 11, wherein the non-slip grip area is comprised of a linear ridge, a circular dot, a honeycomb shape, or an irregular geometric shape.

    15. The charm-holding sock device of claim 11, wherein the charm resembles a character, a shape, an image, an object, an animal, a symbol, a sports equipment, a vehicle, a letter, a number, a natural element, an icon, a character, a design, a logo, or a team emblem.

    16. The charm-holding sock device of claim 11, wherein the sock body is comprised of a crew sock, an ankle sock, a knee-high sock, or a compression sock.

    17. The charm-holding sock device of claim 11, wherein the sock body is comprised of a cotton, a polyester, a nylon, a spandex, or a wool.

    18. The charm-holding sock device of claim 11, wherein the charm is comprised of a metal, a plastic, a resin, a wood, or a rubber.

    19. The charm-holding sock device of claim 11, wherein the charm is comprised of a finish comprised of a polished finish, a brushed metal finish, a matte finish, a glossy plastic finish, a metallic plating finish, a painted finish, an enamel-coated finish, a glow-in-the-dark finish, a glitter finish, or a holographic finish.

A method of using a charm-holding sock device, the method comprising the following steps: providing a charm-holding sock device comprised of a sock body comprising an eyelet that removably receives a charm; securing the charm to the eyelet by placing a fastener of the charm into the eyelet; and placing the sock body on a user's foot.

The device is comprised of a sock body, which can include various sock styles such as crew, ankle, knee-high, or compression socks.
