    Abstract

    An isothermal bag structure includes a main body and an upper tightening member mounted on the main body. The main body includes a barrel portion defining a receiving chamber, and a holding portion connected with an outside of the barrel portion. The holding portion has a holding hole penetrating therethrough. The barrel portion has a side face having an inner viewing hole penetrating therethrough. A transparent inner viewing film is secured to the barrel portion and covers the inner viewing hole. The upper tightening member is secured to an inside of the barrel portion and protrudes from an upper end of the barrel portion.

    Claims

    1. An isothermal bag structure comprising: a main body; and an upper tightening member mounted on the main body; wherein: the main body includes a barrel portion defining a receiving chamber, and a holding portion connected with an outside of the barrel portion; the holding portion has a holding hole penetrating therethrough; the barrel portion has a side face having an inner viewing hole penetrating therethrough; a transparent inner viewing film is secured to the barrel portion and covers the inner viewing hole; and the upper tightening member is secured to an inside of the barrel portion and protrudes from an upper end of the barrel portion.

    2. The isothermal bag structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the barrel portion has a barrel periphery and a barrel bottom secured to the barrel periphery, and the holding portion has two holding outer layers and a holding inner layer sandwiched between the two holding outer layers.

    3. The isothermal bag structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the barrel periphery and the two holding outer layers are formed integrally by leather worked by bending and sewing.

    4. The isothermal bag structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one inner bag is mounted on the inside of the barrel portion.

    5. The isothermal bag structure as claimed in claim 4, wherein the at least one inner bag is provided with an inner bag fastening member.

    6. The isothermal bag structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a buffer channel is defined in the receiving chamber and extends toward the holding hole.

    7. The isothermal bag structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a clamping member is mounted on the outside of the barrel portion and extends through the holding hole.

    8. The isothermal bag structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one water-absorbing element is placed in the barrel portion.

    9. The isothermal bag structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a thermometer is mounted in the barrel portion.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

    [0012] Referring to FIGS. 1-3, an isothermal bag structure in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a main body 1 and an upper tightening member 2 mounted on the main body 1.

    [0013] The main body 1 includes a barrel portion 11 defining a receiving chamber 12, and a holding portion 13 connected with an outside of the barrel portion 11. The holding portion 13 has a holding hole 14 penetrating therethrough. The holding hole 14 allows passage of a user's hand. The barrel portion 11 has a side face having an inner viewing hole 15 penetrating therethrough. A transparent inner viewing film 16 is secured to the barrel portion 11 and covers the inner viewing hole 15.

    [0014] The upper tightening member 2 is secured to an inside of the barrel portion 11 and protrudes from an upper end of the barrel portion 11. The upper tightening member 2 prevents the wine bottle from being detached from the barrel portion 11. In addition, the upper tightening member 2 absorbs the wine liquid to prevent dripping.

    [0015] In practice, a wine bottle is placed into the barrel portion 11. Then, the upper tightening member 2 is tightened to bind the wine bottle, with the mouth of the wine bottle exposed from the upper tightening member 2. Then, the holding portion 13 is held by the user to pour the wine from the wine bottle. At this time, the inner viewing hole 15 and the inner viewing film 16 allow the drinker to confirm the wine label of the wine bottle. In addition, the wine bottle is placed into the barrel portion 11, to prevent from slipping due to water droplets. Further, the barrel portion 11 delays the temperature recovery (or rewarming) speed of the wine bottle.

    [0016] In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the barrel portion 11 has a barrel periphery 111 and a barrel bottom 112 secured to the barrel periphery 111. The holding portion 13 has two holding outer layers 131 and a holding inner layer 132 sandwiched between the two holding outer layers 131.

    [0017] In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the barrel periphery 111 and the two holding outer layers 131 are formed integrally by leather worked by bending and sewing. The holding inner layer 132 is made of acrylic material to enhance its weight-resistant strength.

    [0018] In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one inner bag 113 is mounted on the inside of the barrel portion 11. Thus, a refrigerant 3 is placed in the at least one inner bag 113 to further delay the temperature recovery speed.

    [0019] In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the at least one inner bag 113 is provided with an inner bag fastening member 115 to prevent the refrigerant 3 from falling out when pouring the wine.

    [0020] In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a buffer channel 121 is defined in the receiving chamber 12 and extends toward the holding hole 14. The barrel portion 11 is made more flexible by the buffer channel 121 and is available for wine bottles of different sizes. The buffer channel 121 is connected to the holding hole 14. As shown in FIG. 3, the barrel portion 11 has an un-sewn area on the left side the holding hole 14 to form the buffer channel 121.

    [0021] In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, a clamping member 114 is mounted on the outside of the barrel portion 11 and extends through the holding hole 14. The clamping member 114 is used to retain the wine bottle to prevent the wine bottle from shaking. Preferably, the clamping member 114 is made of a Velcro strap to tighten the bottle. Thus, the barrel portion 11 is available for wine bottles of different sizes by the clamping member 114 and the buffer channel 121.

    [0022] In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, at least one water-absorbing element 17 is placed in the barrel portion 11 to absorb the condensed water outside the wine bottle.

    [0023] In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, a thermometer 18 is mounted in the barrel portion 11 to detect the temperature so that the refrigerant 3 can be replaced when necessary.
