[0036] In the description of the embodiments of this application, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified and limited, terms connected and connection should be understood broadly. For example, the connection may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integrated connection; may be a mechanical connection, or an electrical connection; may be a direct connection, or may be an indirect connection through an intermediate medium. A person of ordinary skill in the art may understand specific meanings of the foregoing terms in the embodiments of this application.
[0037] In this embodiment of this application, unless explicitly specified and defined otherwise, a first feature being on or under a second feature may be the first feature and the second feature being in direct contact, or that the first feature and the second feature are in indirect contact through an intermediate medium. Also, the first feature being above, upon, and on the second feature may be the first feature being directly above or obliquely above the second feature, or merely indicates that the first feature is horizontally higher than the second feature. The first feature being below, beneath, and under the second feature may be the first feature being directly below or obliquely below the second feature, or merely indicates that the first feature is horizontally less than the second feature.
[0038] The following further describes this application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
[0039] Referring to
[0040] Specifically, in this embodiment, the electric lifting bed has two driving motors 302. That is, the electric lifting bed is driven by dual driving motors. The two driving motors 302 are provided to correspond to the two lifting assemblies 3, respectively, and each of the driving motors 302 is in driving connection with screw nut assemblies of two lifting bed legs 300 in the corresponding lifting assembly 3 through a transmission rod 301; in some examples, each lifting bed leg 300 has a screw nut assembly inside. Therefore, on each of the head and the tail of the bed frame 1, a transmission rod 301 and a driving motor 302 are provided and connected thereto.
[0041] In some examples, a power wiring of the controller 303 of the electric lifting bed of this embodiment extends downwards along one of the lifting bed legs 300 to connect with an indoor power so as to provide power to the electric lifting bed, and the controller 303 is connected to the head of the bed frame 1. The controller 303 is electrically connected with the driving motors 302 on the two lifting assemblies 3 through wiring harnesses. Specifically, the driving motor 302 on one set of lifting assemblies 3 is connected to the controller 303 through a wiring harness, where the wiring harness is arranged at the head of the bed frame 1. The driving motor 302 on the other set of lifting assemblies 3 is connected to the controller 303 through a wiring harness passing through an inner hole of the bed beam 100, where the wiring harness is at least partially arranged at the tail of the bed frame 1. The wiring harness of the manual controller 304 passes through a part of the bed beam 100 and is electrically connected to the controller 303 located at the bed head, where the wiring is also arranged at the head of the bed frame 1. In addition, other accessories of the electric lifting bed are also electrically connected to the controller 303. For example, a lamp below the bed frame 1 and a personnel detection unit on the bed frame 1 are also needed to electrically connect the controller 303 through a wiring harness, and the wiring harnesses and the wiring harness connectors thereof are both arranged at the head or the tail of the bed frame 1. Therefore, in addition to the driving motor 302 and the transmission rod 301 of the lifting assembly 3, the controller 303 and each wiring harness are also installed at the head or the tail of the bed frame 1, so that the user can see the transmission rod 301 of the lifting assembly 3 and the driving motor 302, the controller 303 and each wiring harness on the lifting assembly 3 under the bed frame 1. That is, the transmission rod 301, the driving motor 302, the controller 303 and each wiring harness of the lifting assembly 3 are exposed out of the bed frame 1, which has great potential safety hazards.
[0042] In order to prevent the transmission rod 301, the driving motor 302, the controller 303 and each wiring harness at the head or the tail of the bed frame 1 from being exposed, and also to facilitate wiring maintenance, referring to
[0043] For example, referring to
[0044] Further, in this embodiment, referring to
[0045] In this embodiment, the shielding plate 4 is a thin sheet with a relatively small thickness. Referring to
[0046] Further, in this embodiment, the first connecting portion 400 of the shielding plate 4 is connected to the top of the motor cover plate 5. The shielding portion 402 of the shielding plate 4 extends downwards along a height direction of the bed frame 1. The second connecting portion 401 extends horizontally towards the head or tail of the bed frame 1 to reach the bottom of the fence 2, and is connected to the bottom of the fence 2 through screws, so that the shielding plate 4, the motor cover plate 5 and the fence 2 form a shielding space for shielding the transmission rods 301, the driving motors 302, the wiring harnesses and the wiring harness connectors.
[0047] Specifically, in order to facilitate installation of the shielding plate 4 and disassembly of the shielding plate 4 for wiring maintenance, the first connecting portion 400 of the shielding plate 4 passes through the bed frame 1 from bottom to top and is detachably connected to the top of the motor cover plate 5. The second connecting portion 401 of the shielding plate 4 located at the head of the bed frame 1 is connected to the bottom of the bed head assembly 200 by screws. The second connecting portion 401 of the shielding plate 4 located at the tail of the bed frame 1 is connected to bottom of the bed tail assembly 201 by screws.
[0048] In some examples, the first connecting portion 400 is connected to the top of the motor cover plate 5 through a hook-and-loop fastener. That is, the hook-and-loop fastener is connected to the top of the motor cover plate 5, the first connecting portion 400 of the shielding plate 4 passes through the bed frame 1 from bottom to top, and the first connecting portion 400 horizontally covers top of the motor cover plate 5 and is connected to the hook-and-loop fastener on the motor cover plate 5. Then the second connecting portion 401 is turned around the second pivoting portion 405 so as to be horizontal. At this time, an outer side of the second connecting portion 401 is located at bottom of the fence 2 (for example, bed head assembly 200 or bed tail assembly 201). Then the second connecting portion 401 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the fence 2 through screws or other fasteners. When the shielding plate 4 is detached, the shielding plate 4 can be opened to expose the wiring harness only by disconnecting the first connecting portion 400 from the hook-and-loop fastener on the motor cover plate 5, which facilitates maintenance of the maintenance personnel. After the maintenance is completed, the first connecting portion 400 of the shielding plate 4 is covered again, that is, the first connecting portion 400 of the shielding plate 4 is adhered to the hook-and-loop fastener on the motor cover plate 5 again.
[0049] Further, in this embodiment, the shielding plate 4 is made of felt. The shielding plate 4 not only can be bonded with the hook-and-loop fastener on the motor cover plate 5, but also facilitates shaping or bending. And the first pivoting portion 404 and the second pivoting portion 405 on the shielding plate 4 may be indentations or grooves on the shielding plate 4. Thickness of the indentations or grooves is less than thickness of the shielding plate 4, facilitating rotation of the first connecting portion 400 and the second connecting portion 401.
[0050] In other embodiments, the shielding plate 4 may also have other structures, for example, the shielding plate includes a fabric outer sleeve and a base plate set inside the sleeve. And the base plate includes a first plate corresponding to the first connecting portion, a second plate corresponding to the shielding portion, and a third plate corresponding to the second connecting portion. The outer sleeve is sewn with a first stitching portion between the first plate and the second plate, and the outer sleeve is sewn with a second stitching portion between the second plate and the third plate. The first stitching portion forms a first pivoting portion, and the second stitching portion forms a second pivoting portion. In this way, it is also convenient to bond with the hook-and-loop fastener on the motor cover plate, and it is convenient to rotatably mount the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion of the shielding plate.
[0051] In order to make the shielding plate 4 more tightly combined with the bed frame 1, referring to
[0052] In some embodiments, the first connecting portion 400 may be removed from the shielding plate 4, that is, the shielding plate 4 only has the shielding portion 402 connected to the motor cover plate 5 and the second connecting portion 401 connected to the shielding portion 402. A second pivoting portion 405 extending along a length direction of the shielding plate 402 is disposed between the shielding portion 402 and the second connecting portion 401. And the shielding portion 402 and the second connecting portion 401 are disposed around and on an outside of a portion of the lifting assembly 3, that is, the transmission rod, the driving motor 302, and the wiring harness. Specifically, during connection, the shielding portion 402 of the shielding plate 4 is connected with a side (or side portion) of the motor cover plate 5. And the second connecting portion 401 rotates relative to the shielding portion 402 around the second pivoting portion 405 to reach below the fence 2 or the bed frame 1 and is connected with the bottom of the fence or the bed frame 1. Similarly, in this embodiment, the shielding portion 402 of the shielding plate 4 is connected with the side (or side portion) of the motor cover plate 5 through a hook-and-loop fastener, and the second connecting portion 401 is connected with the bottom of the fence 2 or the bed frame 1 through screws.
[0053] In some embodiments, the electric lifting bed may also have only one driving motor, i.e., driven by a single driving motor. The driving motor is installed at a middle position of the bed frame in the length direction, and the driving motor is connected to the screw nut assemblies in the four lifting bed legs through a plurality of transmission rods. Specifically, transmission rods in driving connection with the screw nut assemblies in the lifting bed legs of the two lifting assemblies are respectively connected in the two bed beams of the bed frame. An intermediate transmission rod is in transmission connection between the two transmission rods, where the intermediate transmission rod is in transmission connection with the driving motor. The driving motor drives the intermediate transmission rod to rotate, and the two lifting assemblies are driven to lift through the two transmission rods in the two bed beams. In the electric lifting bed driven by the single driving motor, one motor cover plate and one shielding plate are arranged. And the motor cover plate is arranged in the middle of the bed frame and covers the driving motor, that is, the motor cover plate is connected to a center position of the bed frame, and the shielding plate is also connected to the center position of the bed frame and corresponds to a position of the motor cover plate.
[0054] In some embodiments, the electric lifting bed may also have four driving motors, i.e., driven by four driving motors, and each driving motor is in driving connection with a screw nut assembly in a corresponding lifting bed leg. That is, there is no transmission rod between the two lifting bed legs of the electric lifting bed, but there are still more wiring harnesses gathered between the two lifting bed legs of each set of lifting assemblies, so that there are two motor cover plates and two shielding plates of the electric lifting bed. And the mounting manner of the two motor cover plates and the two shielding plates is consistent with the mounting manner of the electric lifting bed driven by the dual driving motors, which is not repeatedly described in this embodiment.
