Abstract
The application relates to a flange member, a valve, a liquid bag, and a container. The flange member includes a tube body and a flange plate, and a first passage runs through the inside of the tube body, the two ends of the first passage being respectively a first inlet end and a first outlet end, the inner wall of the tube body having an annular flange extending into the first passage, and the annular flange being closer to the first outlet end. The tube body extends through the flange plate in the axial direction of the flange plate and is connected to the flange plate, and the flange plate is closer to the first inlet end. The flange member reduces the pulling force on the liquid bag at the edges of the flange member, thereby reducing the probability of damage to the liquid bag due to the pulling force.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0051] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, so that the objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood. It should be understood that the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but are only intended to illustrate the essential spirit of the technical solution of the present invention.
[0052] In the following description, for the purpose of illustrating the various disclosed embodiments, certain specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the various disclosed embodiments. However, those skilled in the relevant art will recognize that the embodiments may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other cases, well-known devices, structures, and techniques associated with this application may not be shown or described in detail to avoid unnecessarily obscuring the description of the embodiments.
[0053] Unless the context requires otherwise, throughout the specification and claims, the word comprise and variations such as include and have should be construed in an open, inclusive sense, that is, should be interpreted to mean including, but not limited to.
[0054] Reference throughout this specification to one embodiment or an embodiment means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment is included in at least one embodiment. Thus, the appearances of in one embodiment or in an embodiment in various places throughout this specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any manner in one or more embodiments.
[0055] As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms a, an, and the include plural referents unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. It should be noted that the term or is generally employed in its sense including and/or unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
[0056] In the following description, in order to clearly show the structure and working mode of the present invention, many directional words will be used for description, but words such as front, back, left, right, outside, inside, outward, inward, up, and down should be understood as convenient terms and should not be understood as restrictive terms.
[0057] Furthermore, terms such as horizontal, vertical, and overhanging do not necessarily imply that a component must be absolutely horizontal or overhanging, but rather that it can be slightly tilted. For example, horizontal simply means that its direction is more horizontal than vertical, and does not mean that the structure must be completely horizontal, but rather that it can be slightly tilted.
[0058] It should also be noted that, in the description of this application, unless otherwise expressly specified or limited, the terms provided, installed, linked, and connected should be understood in a broad sense. For example, they can refer to fixed connections, detachable connections, or integral connections; they can refer to mechanical connections or electrical connections; they can refer to direct connections or indirect connections through an intermediate medium; and they can refer to internal communication between two components. Those skilled in the art will understand the specific meanings of the above terms in this application based on the specific circumstances.
[0059] One specific embodiment of the present application provides a container and a liquid bag installed in an accommodating cavity. Referring to
[0060] The discharging port of the liquid bag is typically located at the lower portion of the bag body, and a valve 2 is mounted on the discharging port to facilitate the discharge of the liquid within the bag. The box body 11 includes a window 12 at a location corresponding to the discharging port, and the valve 2 mounted on the discharging port is disposed within the window 12.

[0064] The tube body 241 extends through the flange plate 242 in the axial direction of the flange plate and is fixedly connected to the flange plate 242. The flange plate 242 is located on the tube body 241 closer to the first inlet end 2412 than to the first outlet end 2413. The tube body 241 and the flange plate 242 are typically plastic parts and can be integrally formed using an injection molding process, but the present invention is not limited thereto. They can also be fixedly connected using methods such as welding.
[0065] The annular flange 2414 is used to sealedly abut against a portion of the valve body inserted into the first passage 2411, thereby achieving a sealed connection between the flange member 24 and the valve body, and the flange plate is welded to the edge of an opening of the liquid bag. Since the annular flange 2414 is closer to the first outlet end 2413 than to the first inlet end 2412 and the flange plate 242 is closer to the first inlet end 2412 than to the first outlet end 2413, the flange plate 242 is also closer to the valve body as compared to that of prior art.
