Slape Apron

Abstract

An apron for barbering and hair styling services includes a main body portion having a front side and a back side. Two sleeve portions comprising elastic material are affixed to lateral edges of the front side, enabling the apron to be worn like a shirt with arms inserted through sleeve openings. A collar area at an upper edge of the main body portion forms a full neckline circumference adjustable through multiple buttons affixed to the collar. A mesh pocket affixed to the front side includes multiple internal pocket segments providing multipurpose storage. Each sleeve portion includes an elastic band at a wrist end providing grip during use. The apron includes band stitching securing the sleeve portions to the main body and top side stitching along the upper edge. The design provides comprehensive protection from hair clippings while maintaining user mobility and organizing tools for barbers and stylists.

Claims

1. An barber cape for protecting a user during hair cutting or styling services, the barber cape comprising: a main body portion having a front side and a back side, wherein the front side is configured to face outward when worn and the back side is configured to face toward the user; two sleeve portions, each sleeve portion comprising elastic material, wherein each sleeve portion is affixed to a respective lateral edge of the front side of the main body portion, and wherein each sleeve portion is configured for insertion of a user's arm therethrough to wear the barber cape similar to a shirt; a collar area disposed at an upper edge of the main body portion, wherein the collar area forms a full neckline circumference configured to encircle a neck of the user, and wherein the collar area comprises a plurality of adjustable buttons affixed on the front side of the collar area, the adjustable buttons being configured to adjust the neckline circumference according to a size of the user's neck and body; a mesh pocket affixed to the front side of the main body portion, the mesh pocket comprising an outer pocket opening visible from outside the barber cape and a plurality of internal pocket segments disposed inside the mesh pocket, wherein the plurality of internal pocket segments provide multipurpose storage compartments; and a top side stitching extending along an upper edge of the front side; and a band stitching extending along the front side, wherein the band stitching is configured to secure the main body portion to the sleeve.

2. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein the main body portion comprises of a waterproof material.

3. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein each of the two sleeve portions are affixed to the front side of the main body portion and configured to receive a user's arm for wearing the barber cape in a shirt-like manner.

4. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein each sleeve portion comprises a sleeve end having an elastic band configured to provide grip around a wrist of the user.

5. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of adjustable buttons is affixed on the front side of the collar area.

6. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein the mesh pocket is positioned on the front side of the main body portion and comprises the plurality of internal pocket segments.

7. The barber cape according to claim 6, wherein the mesh pocket is configured to keep belongings secure either by the user or by a service provider.

8. The barber cape according to claim 1, further comprising a first pocket disposed on a left side of the main body portion and a second pocket disposed on a right side of the main body portion.

9. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein the main body portion comprises of a disposable material.

10. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein the barber cape is assembled by joining the main body portion, the two sleeve portions, supplemental materials together with stitching and lace.

11. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein the barber cape comprises an inner side facing the user and a waterproof outer side facing away from the user.

12. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein each sleeve portion comprises a sleeve end configured with a drawstring passing through lace, the drawstring being adjustable to tighten the sleeve end.

13. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein the barber cape is available in different sizes.

14. The barber cape according to claim 1, wherein the barber cape is configured for use by a consumer receiving services or by a service provider performing services.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The present invention discloses that the apron comprising of 10 sleeves joint with the apron, the 25 sleeve opening which is an armhole through which arm and wrist passes through according to the wrist width and size. The 30 pocket sleeve opening affixed with the 25 sleeve opening.

The 40 stitching area is outer lining of the 10 sleeve. The 20 mesh is a piece of cloth affixed at the front of the 200 with multi purpose functionality for pocket usage.

The 300 back of the apron comprises 85 top stitches to hold the 200 front side of the apron and join them with 200 front, the 90 showing the pockets for 25, 95 showing sleeve opening affixed with the 300 apron.
