Abstract
The present invention discloses a wood-plastic composite floor for sports, comprising panels, keels and shock-absorbing pads; the plurality of panels are arranged side by side, and the adjacent panels are spliced with each other; the keels comprise main keels and secondary keels; the plurality of main keels are arranged side by side at intervals, the plurality of secondary keels are arranged side by side at intervals at the tops of the main keels, the secondary keels are arranged in the direction perpendicular to the main keels, and the plurality of panels are arranged at the tops of the secondary keels; and the shock-absorbing pads are arranged at the bottoms of the main keels. The wood-plastic composite floor in the present invention is stable in structure and convenient in installation and has anti-corrosion and moisture-proof performance.
Claims
1. A wood-plastic composite floor for sports, comprising: panels (1), wherein the plurality of panels (1) are arranged side by side, and the adjacent panels (1) are spliced with each other; keels (2), wherein the keels (2) comprise main keels (21) and secondary keels (22); and the plurality of main keels (21) are arranged side by side at intervals, the plurality of secondary keels (22) are arranged side by side at intervals at the tops of the main keels (21), the secondary keels (22) are arranged in the direction perpendicular to the main keels (21), and the plurality of panels (1) are arranged at the tops of the secondary keels (22); shock-absorbing pads (3), wherein the shock-absorbing pads (3) are arranged at the bottoms of the main keels (21).
2. The wood-plastic composite floor for sports according to claim 1, wherein one side of the panel (1) is provided with an inserting plate (11), the other side is provided with a slot (12), and the inserting plate (11) of one panel (1) is inserted into the slot (12) of the adjacent panel (1).

The wood-plastic composite floor for sports according to claim 2, wherein a concave part (13) is arranged at the bottom of the side of the panel (1) provided with the inserting plate (11), an extension part (14) is arranged at the bottom of the side of the panel (1) provided with the slot (12), and the concave part (13) of one panel (1) is matched with the extension part (14) of the adjacent panel (1).

The wood-plastic composite floor for sports according to claim 3, wherein the top of the extension part (14) is provided with a first fixed slot (15) along the length direction of the panel (1), a blind rivet (4) is arranged in the first fixed slot (15), and the other end of the blind rivet (4) is connected with the secondary keel (22).

The wood-plastic composite floor for sports according to claim 1, wherein a foaming base layer (16) is arranged in the panel (1), and a cladding layer (17) is arranged outside the foaming base layer (16); and a first reinforced material layer (18) is arranged in the inner walls of the top and bottom of the panel (1) by wood-plastic forming, and the first reinforced material layer (18) is located between the foaming base layer (16) and the cladding layer (17).

The wood-plastic composite floor for sports according to claim 1, wherein the main keel (21) and the secondary keel (22) are hollow, and a truss (23) is arranged in the cavities of the main keel (21) and each the secondary keel (22); and a second reinforced material layer (24) is arranged in the inner walls of the tops and bottoms of the main keel (21) and the secondary keel (22) by wood-plastic forming.

The wood-plastic composite floor for sports according to claim 6, wherein the cross sections of the main keel (21) and the secondary keel (22) are rectangular, square or trapezoidal; and the cross sections of the main keel (21) and the secondary keel (22) in which the truss (23) is arranged are in the shape of a Chinese character ,

The wood-plastic composite floor for sports according to claim 6, wherein the bottom of the shock-absorbing pad (3) is provided with a leveling pad (5), and the leveling pad (5) is in the shape of a groove with an opening on one side; the middle part of the leveling pad (5) is provided with a first limiting notch (51), and the wall of the first limiting notch (51) is provided with a first limiting baffle plate (52) extending upwards; and the shock-absorbing pad (3) is provided with a limiting hole (31) in the position corresponding to the first limiting baffle plate (52).
