PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

Abstract

The present invention discloses a protective tracksuit designed to minimize injury from accidental falls or impacts. The tracksuit comprises an upper portion, a lower portion, and a hoodie, each including a plurality of inner pockets configured to receive removable protective pads. The inner pockets are positioned at vulnerable body areas such as the head, shoulders, back, wrists, thighs, and knees, and are concealed between the garment's inner and outer layers to maintain the appearance of normal clothing. The protective pads are formed from lightweight impact-absorbing materials.

Claims

1. A protective tracksuit comprising: a fabric body including an upper portion, a lower portion, and a hoodie configured to cover a torso, arms, legs, and head of a wearer; plurality of inner pockets formed within the fabric body between inner and outer fabric layers; each inner pocket being located at a predetermined position corresponding to a vulnerable body region of the wearer; and a plurality of removable protective pads received within the inner pockets, each of the protective pads being formed from an impact-absorbing material and dimensioned to substantially conform to the shape of the corresponding inner pocket; wherein the protective tracksuit is configured to minimize the impact experienced by the wearer during an accidental fall or collision, while maintaining an external appearance similar to normal clothing.

2. The protective tracksuit of claim 1, wherein the inner pockets are positioned at locations corresponding to at least one of a head, shoulder, back, wrist, hip, or knee region of the wearer.

3. The protective tracksuit of claim 1, wherein each protective pad comprises multiple layers including an outer dense layer for distributing impact forces and an inner soft layer for cushioning.

4. A method for protecting a wearer from injury due to accidental impact, comprising: providing a protective tracksuit comprising an upper portion, a lower portion, and a hoodie, each including a plurality of inner pockets located at predetermined regions corresponding to vulnerable body parts of the wearer; inserting a plurality of removable protective pads into the inner pockets, each protective pad being formed from an impact-absorbing material; wearing the protective tracksuit such that the upper portion covers the torso and arms, the lower portion covers the waist and legs, and the hoodie covers the head of the wearer; and absorbing, by the protective pads, impact energy generated during an accidental fall or collision, thereby reducing the severity of injury to the wearer.

5. The method of claim 4, further comprising removing one or more protective pads through an opening in the corresponding inner pocket to facilitate washing, maintenance, or replacement.
