Abstract
An assembly to be worn on the wrist of person is disclosed. The assembly consists essentially of a first closed loop disposed about a first axis and a second closed loop disposed about a second axis. The second axis is oriented transverse to the first axis. The first closed loop is sized to be removably secured to a wearer's wrist. The second loop, secured to the first closed loop material, is adapted to removably retain a cigarette lighter or an e-cigarette. The second loop may removably retain a tool and a light source.
Claims
1. An assembly adapted and configured to be worn on a wrist of a person, consisting essentially of: a first closed loop (100) peripherally oriented about a first longitudinal axis (X-X); and a second closed loop (120) peripherally oriented about second longitudinal axis (Y-Y) disposed transverse to the first axis (X-X); wherein the second loop (120) is secured to the first loop (X-X), wherein the first loop (100) and the second loop (120) ae reads of an elastic material, wherein the first loop (100) is dimensioned and configured to be removably secured to the wrist of the person, and wherein the second loop (120) is dimensioned and configured to removably retain either a cigarette lighter or an e-cigarette.
2. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the first loop (100) and the second loop (120) are made of a fire-resistant material or a flame-resistant material.
3. An assembly adapted and configured to be worn on a wrist of a person, consisting essentially of: a first closed loop (100) peripherally oriented about a first longitudinal axis (X-X); and a second closed loop (120A) peripherally oriented about a second longitudinal axis (Y-Y) disposed transverse to the first axis (X-X); wherein the second loop (120A) is secured to the first loop (100), wherein the first loop (100) and the second loop (120) are made of an elastic material, wherein the first loop (100) is dimensioned and configured to be removably secured to the wrist of the person, wherein the second loop (120A) is dimensioned and configured to removably retain a tool oriented substantially longitudinally along the second axis (Y-Y), and wherein the second loop (120A) also removably retains an article of manufacture longitudinally along a third axis (Z-Z) oriented transverse to the second axis (Y-Y).
4. The assembly of claim 3, wherein the article of manufacture is a writing instrument.
5. The assembly of claim 4, wherein the writing instrument is permanent marker (138).
6. The assembly of claim 5, wherein the tool is a pair of needle-nose pliers (136).
7. An assembly adapted and configured to be worn on a wrist of a person, consisting essentially of: a first closed loop (100) peripherally oriented about a first longitudinal axis (X-X); and a spaced-apart pair of second closed loop portions (120B) peripherally oriented about a second longitudinal axis (Y-Y) disposed transverse to the first axis (X-X); wherein the spaced-apart pair of second closed loop portions (120B) are secured to the first loop (100), wherein the first loop (100) and the pair of second closed loop portions (120B) are made of an elastic material, wherein the first loop (100) is sized, adapted, and configured to be removably secured to the wrist of the person, wherein the pair of second closed loop portions (120B) are sized, adapted, and configured to removably retain a tool longitudinally oriented substantially along the second axis (Y-Y), and wherein a light source (140) is removably retained by the first loop (100) either at a first location closely adjacent the tool or is removably retained by the first bop (100) at a second location along the wrist of the person, wherein the second location is spaced from the tool.
8. The assembly of claim 7, wherein the light source (140) is oriented to shine a light from the wrist of the person and onto a hand of the person.
9. The assembly of claim 8, wherein the hand receiving the light is closely adjacent the wrist on which the first loop (100) is removably secured.
10. The assembly of claim 9, wherein the tool is wrench (135).

[0022] An electronic cigarette (hereinafter referred to as an “e-cigarette”) is an electronic device that simulates tobacco smoking. An e-cigarette consists of an atomizer, a power source such as a battery, and a container or tank for a liquid solution (called e-liquid). Instead of smoke, a user inhales vapor. Such use of an e-cigarette is often referred to as “vaping.” The atomizer is a heating element that atomizes the liquid solution. E-cigarettes are activated either by taking a puff or pressing a button. Certain versions of e-cigarettes resemble traditional cigarettes, and most e-cigarette versions are reusable.
