Abstract
A fastener structure used to arrange a second object on a first object and a method of use of the fastener structure includes an engaging portion, a direction limiting portion, and an assembly portion. The engaging portion is for engaging to a second object. The direction limiting portion is connected to the engaging portion and is for limiting a movement direction of the second object engaged with the engaging portion. The assembly portion is for assembling to the first object.
Claims
1. A fastener structure, for arranging a second object on a first object, the fastener structure comprising: an engaging portion, for engaging the second object; a direction limiting portion, connected to the engaging portion and for limiting a movement direction of the second object engaged with the engaging portion; and an assembly portion, for assembling to the first object.
2. A fastener structure, for arranging a second object on a first object, the fastener structure comprising: an engaging portion, for engaging the second object; a direction limiting portion, connected to the engaging portion and for limiting a movement direction of the second object engaged with the engaging portion; and an anti-rotation portion, for preventing the fastener structure from rotating relative to the first object.
3. A fastener structure, applied to a first object, the fastener structure comprising: an anti-rotation portion, for preventing the fastener structure from rotating relative to the first object; and an assembly portion, for arranging on the first object, the assembly portion being an engaging portion, a rivet connection portion, an expansion connection portion, a weld connection portion, a lock connection portion, or an elastic fastening portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 1, wherein when the fastener structure is assembled to the first object, a position of an anti-rotation portion relative to the first object, a position of the anti-rotation portion relative to the direction limiting portion, or a direction of a second object fitted into the engaging portion limited by the direction limiting portion is adapted to be fixed or defined.

The fastener structure according to claim 2, wherein when the fastener structure is assembled to the first object, a position of an anti-rotation portion relative to the first object, a position of the anti-rotation portion relative to the direction limiting portion, or a direction of a second object fitted into the engaging portion limited by the direction limiting portion is adapted to be fixed or defined.

The fastener structure according to claim 3, wherein when the fastener structure is assembled to the first object, a position of an anti-rotation portion relative to the first object, a position of the anti-rotation portion relative to the direction limiting portion, or a direction of a second object fitted into the engaging portion limited by the direction limiting portion is adapted to be fixed or defined.
7. The fastener structure according to claim 1, wherein the assembly portion has a feed space and is adapted to apply an external force on the first object, so that a material of the first object flows into or enters the feed space.
8. The fastener structure according to claim 2, wherein the assembly portion has a feed space and is adapted to apply an external force on the first object, so that a material of the first object flows into or enters the feed space.
9. The fastener structure according to claim 3, wherein the assembly portion has a feed space and is adapted to apply an external force on the first object, so that a material of the first object flows into or enters the feed space.

The fastener structure according to claim 1, wherein the assembly portion has a weldable surface, the weldable surface is adapted to be heated and fixed on the first object via a solder layer, and a surface of the solder layer heated and fixed on the first object is fixed with the assembly portion, or the solder layer is heated and fixed in a through hole of the first object and is fixed with the assembly portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 2, wherein the assembly portion has a weldable surface, the weldable surface is adapted to be heated and fixed on the first object via a solder layer, and a surface of the solder layer heated and fixed on the first object is fixed with the assembly portion, or the solder layer is heated and fixed in a through hole of the first object and is fixed with the assembly portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 3, wherein the assembly portion has a weldable surface, the weldable surface is adapted to be heated and fixed on the first object via a solder layer, and a surface of the solder layer heated and fixed on the first object is fixed with the assembly portion, or the solder layer is heated and fixed in a through hole of the first object and is fixed with the assembly portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 1, wherein the second object fitted into the engaging portion has an entrance portion and a passage in communication with the entrance portion, and the fastener structure is adapted to be received by the engaging portion from the entrance portion and then enter the passage by the direction limiting portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 2, wherein the second object fitted into the engaging portion has an entrance portion and a passage in communication with the entrance portion, and the fastener structure is adapted to be received by the engaging portion from the entrance portion and then enter the passage by the direction limiting portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 3, wherein a second object fitted into the engaging portion has an entrance portion and a passage in communication with the entrance portion, and the fastener structure is adapted to be received by the engaging portion from the entrance portion and then enter the passage by the direction limiting portion.

A method of use of a fastener structure, using the fastener structure according to claim 1 to arrange the second object on the first object, the method comprising: assembling the fastener structure on the first object; simultaneously generating an anti-rotation effect between an anti-rotation portion and the first object; and fitting the second object in a direction defined or limited by the direction limiting portion into the engaging portion.
17. A method of use of a fastener structure, using the fastener structure according to claim 2 to arrange the second object on the first object, the method comprising: assembling the fastener structure on the first object; simultaneously generating an anti-rotation effect between an anti-rotation portion and the first object; and fitting the second object in a direction defined or limited by the direction limiting portion into the engaging portion.
18. A method of use of a fastener structure, using the fastener structure according to claim 3 to arrange a second object on the first object, the method comprising: assembling the fastener structure on the first object; simultaneously generating an anti-rotation effect between an anti-rotation portion and the first object; and fitting the second object in a direction defined or limited by the direction limiting portion into the engaging portion.
19. A method of use of a fastener structure, using the fastener structure according to claim 1 to arrange the second object on the first object, the method comprising: assembling the fastener structure on the first object; and fitting the second object in a direction defined or limited by the direction limiting portion into the engaging portion.

A method of use of a fastener structure, using the fastener structure according to claim 2 to arrange the second object on the first object, the method comprising: assembling the fastener structure on the first object; and fitting the second object in a direction defined or limited by the direction limiting portion into the engaging portion.

A method of use of a fastener structure, using the fastener structure according to claim 3 to arrange a second object on the first object, the method comprising: assembling the fastener structure on the first object; and fitting the second object in a direction defined or limited by the direction limiting portion into the engaging portion.

An assembly method of a fastener structure, for assembling the fastener structure of claim 1 to the first object, the fastener structure adapted to be placed in a carrier, the assembly method comprising: providing a tool to pick up the fastener structure from the carrier; using the tool to move the fastener structure to a predetermined height above an assembly position of the first object; and releasing or setting free the fastener structure from the tool, so that the fastener structure drops and becomes placed at the assembly position of the first object; or providing a tool to pick up the fastener structure from the carrier; pressing or elastically pressing the fastener structure downward toward the first object; and releasing or setting free the fastener structure by the tool, so that the fastener structure becomes placed at the assembly position; or providing a tool to pick up the fastener structure from the carrier; and releasing or setting free the fastener structure by the tool, so that the fastener structure becomes placed at the assembly position.

An assembly method of a fastener structure, for assembling the fastener structure of claim 2 to the first object, the fastener structure adapted to be placed in a carrier, the assembly method comprising: providing a tool to pick up the fastener structure from the carrier; using the tool to move the fastener structure to a predetermined height above an assembly position of the first object; and releasing or setting free the fastener structure from the tool, so that the fastener structure drops and becomes placed at the assembly position of the first object; or providing a tool to pick up the fastener structure from the carrier; pressing or elastically pressing the fastener structure downward toward the first object; and releasing or setting free the fastener structure by the tool, so that the fastener structure becomes placed at the assembly position; or providing a tool to pick up the fastener structure from the carrier; and releasing or setting free the fastener structure by the tool, so that the fastener structure becomes placed at the assembly position.

An assembly method of a fastener structure, for assembling the fastener structure of claim 3 to the first object, the fastener structure adapted to be placed in a carrier, the assembly method comprising: providing a tool to pick up the fastener structure from the carrier; using the tool to move the fastener structure to a predetermined height above an assembly position of the first object; and releasing or setting free the fastener structure from the tool, so that the fastener structure drops and becomes placed at the assembly position of the first object; or providing a tool to pick up the fastener structure from the carrier; pressing or elastically pressing the fastener structure downward toward the first object; and releasing or setting free the fastener structure by the tool, so that the fastener structure becomes placed at the assembly position; or providing a tool to pick up the fastener structure from the carrier; and releasing or setting free the fastener structure by the tool, so that the fastener structure becomes placed at the assembly position.

The fastener structure according to claim 1, wherein the second object fitted into the engaging portion has an entrance portion and a passage in communication with the entrance portion, the fastener structure is adapted to be received by the engaging portion from the entrance portion and then enter the passage by the direction limiting portion, the entrance portion is greater than the engaging portion, the engaging portion is greater than the passage, and the passage is greater than the direction limiting portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 2, wherein the second object fitted into the engaging portion has an entrance portion and a passage in communication with the entrance portion, the fastener structure is adapted to be received by the engaging portion from the entrance portion and then enter the passage by the direction limiting portion, the entrance portion is greater than the engaging portion, the engaging portion is greater than the passage, and the passage is greater than the direction limiting portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 3, wherein a second object fitted into the engaging portion has an entrance portion and a passage in communication with the entrance portion, the fastener structure is adapted to be received by the engaging portion from the entrance portion and then enter the passage by the direction limiting portion, the entrance portion is greater than the engaging portion, the engaging portion is greater than the passage, and the passage is greater than the direction limiting portion.
28. The fastener structure according to claim 1, further comprising an anti-rotation portion, wherein the anti-rotation portion provides an anti-rotation effect against the first object and is expansion connected to the first object by an expansion connection portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 1, further comprising an assembly portion that is an engaging portion, the fastener structure having a handle portion, or the fastener structure having a wheel member, the fastener structure installed with an auxiliary push member, the fastener structure installed with another fastener, or the fastener structure installed with another fastening member having a rotating member, or the assembly portion being an engaging portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 2, further comprising an assembly portion that is an engaging portion, the fastener structure having a handle portion, or the fastener structure having a wheel member, the fastener structure installed with an auxiliary push member, the fastener structure installed with another fastener, or the fastener structure installed with another fastening member having a rotating member, or the assembly portion being an engaging portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 3, further comprising an assembly portion that is an engaging portion, the fastener structure having a handle portion, or the fastener structure having a wheel member, the fastener structure installed with an auxiliary push member, the fastener structure installed with another fastener, or the fastener structure installed with another fastening member having a rotating member, or the assembly portion being an engaging portion.

The fastener structure according to claim 1, installed with a secondary fastener, wherein the secondary fastener has a fastener anti-rotation portion, which provides the fastener structure with an anti-rotation or limiting effect; or the secondary fastener has another anti-rotation portion, which provides another object with an anti-rotation or limiting effect.
