Umbrella Apparatus

Abstract

A wearable hands-free precipitation-protection apparatus can be worn by adults and children. May be used for Outdoor Restaurants and Fastfood Servers to protect them from any form of Precipitation examples Rain, Snow, Sleet or bright sun shinning. Children may wear outdoors to protect from any form of precipitation or sun. It will free the hands of the adult or child. There are 3 straps with interconnectable adjustable buckle harness for tightening and security. One goes around the waist of a human child or adult. Other two goes around the left and right arm. Additionally, there is a tube connected elongated the back connected to the straps that a straight handle Umbrella will be placed. There is a foam innertube to secure and protect straight handle umbrella for falling or tilting. Accordingly, the front of the garment contains two pockets on the lower left and right side around the waist strap as shown in the drawings filed herewith. The pockets can be used for carrying items such as cellphones, wallets e.t.c. thereby ensuring the wearer's hands are free.

Claims

1. A wearable hands free precipitation-protection apparatus with three interconnectable straps defined on Drawing FIG. 5 Number 1. There is one strap along the waistline and the other two under and across the left and right shoulders respectively for purposes properly fitting on the wearer's body.

A wearable hands free precipitation-protection apparatus as defined in claim 1 above, which has three adjustable buckle-secured straps shown on Drawing FIG. 5 Number 2; one along the waistline and the other two on the left and right shoulders respectively for purposes properly fitting on the wearer's body securely.

3. A wearable hands free precipitation-protection apparatus which has a foam-filled tube elongate the spine for the purpose of insertion of a straight handle umbrellas which is shown on Drawing FIG. 5 Number 3. The foam-filled tubing eliminates the straight handle umbrella from tilting or falling.

4. A wearable hands free precipitation-protection apparatus as, which has two pockets on the lower left and right side around the waist strap as shown in the drawings FIG. 5 Number 4 filed herewith. The pockets can be used for carrying items such as cellphones, wallets e.t.c. thereby ensuring the wearer's hands are free

5. May be used for Outdoor Restaurants and Fastfood Waiters, outdoor events, amusement parks to protect them from any form of Precipitation examples Rain, Snow, Sleet or bright sun shining. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] This invention seeks to patent a hands free precipitation-protection apparatus. The apparatus has foam filled rear tubing for straight handled umbrellas and contains three interconnected adjustable buckle straps for ensuring the garment fits securely in the body of the wearer. One strap goes around the waistline while the two other straps go under and around the right and left shoulders respectively. The straps are secured by buckles and can be adjusted accordingly with one's body shape. Cognizant of repetitive language used herein. Additionally, the front of the apparatus contains two pockets on the left and right side around the waist strap as shown in the drawings filed herewith. The pockets can be used for carrying items such as cellphones, wallets e.t.c. thereby ensuring the wearer's hands are free.
