DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0029] The Invention is described in detail by way of specific examples in the following, but the use and objects of these exemplary embodiments are merely illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention in any way whatsoever, nor to be construed that the scope of protection is limited to this.

[0030] A method of processing non-sewing softball/baseball glove, characterized by a non-sewing process comprising the steps of:

[0031] S1. Setting a shell mold 1 and a web mold, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein the shell mold 1 is a structure of an inner mold 11 plus an outer mold 12, the outer mold 12 is a metal mold (for example aluminum mold) provided with micropores for automatic exhaust while the inner mold 11 is a plastic mold provided with supporting function and leaving space for each finger and the palm in the glove and for smooth release from the mold; micropores may be set in such positions as palm and fingers, providing the finished glove 10 with micropores 20 for good ventilation, sweating prevention, anti-slip and easy grip; the outer mold 12 is provided with a palm texture for catching anti-slip effect and a palm thickness layer for anti-strick and buffer relieving, thus overcoming such defects of the conventional glove as much surface wrinkles, poor elasticity, impact relieving failure and buffer relieving failure; the inner mold 11 is provided with a concave pattern at the finger joints, making the glove joints easily folded.

[0032] S2. Injecting the shell mold 1 and web mold respectively for one-time molding with an injector; preferably, the injection material is polyurethane (PU). For this material, the softness or hardness is adjusted according to hand feel, and wear resistance is adjusted according to catching needs of users. The material has elasticity and flexibility and can make users feel comfortable and have good grasp and press feel. Certainly, other different materials like TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethanes), PVC (Polyvinylchloride), natural rubber, and silica gel may be used.

[0033] Preferably, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in order to improve the hand feel, bursting and tear resistance of the glove, firstly, the surface of the inner mold 11 is sleeved with a cloth glove 3 with dimensions consistent with the inner mold 11; when the polyurethane of the glove is injected into the inner mold 11 and outer mold 12 for molding, the polyurethane will be combined with the cloth glove 3, and the cloth glove is integrated with the inner wall of the glove 1 when the glove 10 is injected and molded.

[0034] Wherein, as the cloth glove 3 is combined with the inner wall of the non-sewing softball/baseball glove, it is integrally molded by a knitting device or by mechanical high-temperature pressing of cloth sheets.

[0035] The non-sewing softball/baseball glove with base cloth combined with the inner wall of the polyurethane glove 10 has the advantages including better bursting and tear resistance, good flexibility, good hand feel and comfort, comparable with leather glove.

[0036] S3. Manually running a rope for connecting the shell 2 and web 4 made in Step 2 to complete the fabrication of the non-sewing softball/baseball glove.

[0037] The manually-running rope has a flexible selection for different softness or hardness and elasticity requirements of different grades of shell 2 and web 4. For example, with the elastic rope 5 of elastic function, the tightness between web 4 and the fingers may be adjusted for better stretching effect and easy catching and griping ball according to the palm size of different users, similar to the function of fastening shoe lace.

[0038] Preferably, one more rope in different color may be provided for the user to obtain free different matching effect and increase personalized use fun. Self-wear in line with market demand and increase the personality of the fun, the gloves of the rope, the ball and shell with a variety of more flexible, more colorful, look better look, so that users increase the use of fun.

[0039] Test the prepared non-sewing softball/baseball glove 10 with the method: provide the professional players of different ages to use the glove on site.

[0040] Test results: the durability, utility and functionality (sweating prevention, etc.) of the non-sewing softball/baseball glove 10 pass the test and trial use of the professional players.

[0041] The advantages of the non-sewing softball/baseball glove 10 include:

[0042] 1. Having reduced labor cost by virtue of its mechanization function instead of artificial process, simple process and high production capacity.

[0043] 2. Having optimized functions, durability, anti-strike, reduced buffer and easy grip.

[0044] 3. Having increased use comfort, optimized air ventilation for perspiration, good elasticity, easy fold and grasp, and flexibility

[0045] 4. The outer mold is directly injected, printed, hot-stamped or stickered with various appearance designs like patterns and fonts and LOGO according to the preferences of the different purchasers for more beautiful appearance and special meaning.

[0046] 5. The material for the non-sewing softball/baseball glove is a polyurethane, an environment-friendly biodegradable material, and the material and ingredients may be selected and prepared according to the use demand, for example, as per the degradation life of 3 to 5 years.

[0047] It shall be noted that, the above embodiments are to explain but not to limit the Invention, the technical schemes of the Invention; additionally, for a person skilled in the art, various changes and amendments, replacements and deformations made under the premise of not departing from the spirit and essence of the Invention still fall within the protection scope of the Invention.
