Abstract
A towel for a user is disclosed herein. The towel for a user includes a first drying layer made of a first water absorbent material shaped as a continuous loop, and a second drying layer made of a second water absorbent material shaped as a continuous loop. The towel for a user is useful for assisting a user in drying themselves without assistance from another individual.
Claims
1. A towel for a user, the towel comprising: a towel shaped as a continuous loop, the towel having a center axis, a circumference, a first-annular-end, a second-annular-end opposite the first-annular-end, a height measured between the first-annular-end and the second-annular-end along the center axis, an inner side, and an outer side opposite the inner side relative to the center axis; a first drying layer made of a first water absorbent material shaped as a continuous loop and fixed to the inner side of the towel; and a second drying layer made of a second water absorbent material shaped as a continuous loop and fixed to the outer side of the towel.
2. The towel of claim 1, wherein a width of the towel is at least six inches.
3. The towel of claim 1, wherein the first drying layer is constructed of terrycloth material absorbent of sufficient volume to dry an adult body.
4. The towel of claim 1, wherein the first drying layer and the second drying layer have an uninterrupted aperture so that the towel may be hung on a hanger to dry.
5. The towel of claim 1, wherein a circumference of the towel is no less than sixty-five inches.
6. The towel of claim 1, wherein the towel has custom embroidery.
7. The towel of claim 1, wherein the width of the towel is at least twelve inches.
8. The towel of claim 1, wherein the circumference of the towel is at least one-hundred inches.
9. The towel of claim 1, wherein the first annular end and the second annular end are configured as a first grip ring and a second grip ring, respectively, the first grip ring and the second grip ring having a greater thickness, as measured radially relative to the center axis.
10. The towel of claim 3, wherein the towel, the first drying layer of the continuous loop, and the second drying layer of the continuous loop allow for using hands to manipulate the towel around the body.
11. The towel of claim 4, wherein the uninterrupted aperture is at least five inches in diameter.
12. The towel of claim 11, wherein the towel comprises a two-tone color scheme.
13. The towel of claim 3, wherein the first drying layer is constructed of chamois material absorbent enough to dry the adult body.
14. The towel of claim 3, wherein the first drying layer includes a two-ply thickness configured to maximize absorption.
15. The towel of claim 4, wherein the second drying layer includes a two-ply thickness configured to maximize absorption.
16. The towel of claim 1, wherein the towel comprises a thickness between one-quarter of an inch and three-quarters of an inch.
17. A towel for a user, the towel comprising: a towel shaped as a continuous loop, the towel having a center axis, a circumference, a first-annular-end, a second-annular-end opposite the first-annular-end, a height measured between the first-annular-end and the second-annular-end along the center axis, an inner side, and an outer side opposite the inner side relative to the center axis; wherein a width of the towel is at least six inches, wherein a circumference of the towel is no less than sixty-five inches, wherein the circumference of the towel is at least one-hundred inches, and wherein the towel comprises a thickness between one-quarter of an inch and three-quarters of an inch; a first drying layer made of a first water absorbent material shaped as a continuous loop and fixed to the inner side of the towel; and a second drying layer made of a second water absorbent material shaped as a continuous loop and fixed to the outer side of the towel; wherein the first drying layer is constructed of terrycloth material absorbent of sufficient volume to dry an adult body; wherein the first annular end and the second annular end are configured as a first grip ring and a second grip ring, respectively, the first grip ring and the second grip ring having a greater thickness, as measured radially relative to the center axis; wherein the towel, the first drying layer of the continuous loop, and the second drying layer of the continuous loop allow for using hands to manipulate the towel around the body; wherein the first drying layer and the second drying layer includes a two-ply thickness configured to maximize absorption; wherein the first drying layer and the second drying layer have an uninterrupted aperture so that the towel may be hung on a hanger to dry, and wherein the uninterrupted aperture is at least five inches in diameter.
18. The towel of claim 17, further comprising set of instructions; and wherein the towel is arranged as a kit.
19. A method for using a towel, providing a towel for a user, the towel comprising: a towel shaped as a continuous loop, the towel having a center axis, a circumference, a first-annular-end, a second-annular-end opposite the first-annular-end, a height measured between the first-annular-end and the second-annular-end along the center axis, an inner side, and an outer side opposite the inner side relative to the center axis; a first drying layer made of a first water absorbent material shaped as a continuous loop and fixed to the inner side of the towel; and a second drying layer made of a second water absorbent material shaped as a continuous loop and fixed to the outer side of the towel; the method comprising the steps of: placing the towel around a body as if wearing a sash; and maneuvering the towel in such a manner as to dry the body.
20. The method of claim 19, further comprising the step of: using the towel during a shower.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0021] As discussed above, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a towel and more particularly to a towel for a user as used to improve the ability for impaired individuals to dry themselves without assistance from a second individual.
[0022] Generally, loop towel provides a towel that is made in a continuous loop that can be used for washing and drying. The towel is a continuous, plush, seamless loop of bath towel fabric that can be placed around the body. The towel can dry the back without needing another person to do so. This towel can also be used by children.
