I claim the ornamental design for a tile positioning device, as shown and described.

Description

(1) FIG. 1 is an elevational front perspective view of the tile positioning device in accordance with my new design;

(2) FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

(3) FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view thereof as indicated in FIG. 2;

(4) FIG. 4 is a back view thereof;

(5) FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

(6) FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof;

(7) FIG. 7 is a top view thereof; and,

(8) FIG. 8 is a bottom side view thereof.
