A method for contacting a wire (1), in particular an aluminum wire, with a connecting body (4), in particular with a plug of a coil body (5), comprising the following steps: connecting the wire (1) materially to the connecting body (4) at at least one point (2, 3); after connecting, enclosing a connecting region including the at least at one point (2, 3) with a shrink tube (6), the shrink tube (6) having an inner glue (7), the shrink tube (6) encompassing the connecting body (4).
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the shrink tube (6) is heated after enveloping the connecting point.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material-bonded connection is produced in the at least one point (2, 3) by means of a bonding machine, the wire (1) being pressed against the connecting body (4) by a tool of the bonding machine and excited by the tool to ultrasonic vibrations, and/or the material-bonded connection is produced as a welded connection and/or a soldered connection.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein an inner thermoplastic adhesive is used as inner glue (7) for the shrink tubing, and/or an elastomeric glue is used as an inner glue (7) for the shrink tubing.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least two points (2, 3) are produced on a same flat side of the connecting body (4).
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein during the enveloping of the connecting point with the shrink tube (6) and/or during heating of the shrink tube (6) a part of the inner adhesive emerges through a gap formed between the connecting body (4) and the heat shrink tube (6).
7. A connection arrangement comprising a connecting body (4) and a wire (1) fixed materially to the connecting body (4) at a connection region in at least one point (2, 3), as well as comprising a sheathing for the connecting point, wherein the sheathing includes a shrink tube (6) with an inner glue (7) enveloping the wire (1) and the connection body (4) in the connection region.
8. The connection arrangement according to claim 7, wherein the wire (1) is an aluminum wire.
9. The connection arrangement according to claim 7, wherein the connecting body (4) is in the form of a flat plug of a coil body (5).
10. The connection arrangement as claimed in claim 7, wherein the inner glue (7) is provided between the connecting body (4) and the shrink tube (6).
11. The connection arrangement as claimed in claim 7, wherein the wire (1) is connected to the connecting body (4) at at least two points (2, 3), the points (2, 3) being arranged on a common side of the connection body (4).
12. The connection arrangement according to claim 7, wherein a thermoplastic inner glue and/or an elastomer glue are provided as the inner glue (7).
13. The connection arrangement as claimed in claim 7, wherein the wire (1) and the connecting body (4) are connected by a contacting method according to claim 1.
14. An electric pump motor, comprising a winding (10) which is provided on a coil body (5), and a connecting body (4) for electrically contacting the winding (10), wherein for connecting a wire (1) of the winding (10) with the connecting body (4), a connecting arrangement according to claim 7 is provided.
15. The connection arrangement according to claim 13, for producing a connection for a winding (10) of an electric motor.
16. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein a thermoplastic adhesive based on polyamide or an ethylene vinyl acetate based elastomeric adhesive is used as an inner glue (7) for the shrink tubing.
17. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein all points (2, 3) are produced on a same flat side of the connecting body (4).
18. The connection arrangement according to claim 7, wherein the wire (1) is a coated aluminum wire.
19. The connection arrangement as claimed in claim 7, wherein the wire (1) is connected to the connecting body (4) at at least two points (2, 3), the points (2, 3) being arranged on a same flat side of the flat plug.
20. The connection arrangement according to claim 13, for producing a connection for a winding (10) of an electric pump motor.
Description
[0025] Further advantages, features and details of the invention can be taken from the further subclaims and the following description. Characteristics mentioned there can each be relevant to the invention individually or in any desired combination. Characteristics and details of the connection arrangement described in the invention are, of course, also related to the method according to the invention and vice versa. Thus, the disclosure to the individual aspects of the invention can always be referred to as reciprocal. The drawings are given by way of example only and are not intended to be limiting.
