SPECIFIC EMBODIMENT

(19) With reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiment, the present invention will be described in detail.

Embodiment: Refer to FIG. 1-12

(20) A resealable easy open lid (as shown in FIG. 1-3) is composed of a lid 1 and a pull ring 2 riveted on the lid.

(21) As shown in FIG. 1-3, the lid is provided with a main scribed line 11 for opening the ring, and the area surrounded by the main scribed line 11 is an opening area 12 and the part in the opening area 12 is the tongue of the can shell 13. The acting point of the front end of the pull ring 2 acts on the tongue of the can shell 13 in the opening area 12 as one end of the lever, and the back end acts as the other end of the lever for the user to operate.

(22) As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the pull ring 2 is made of a ring opening groove 21 on a piece of sheet material, and the opening of the ring opening groove 21 is toward the front end of the pull ring 2, so that the rear end of the pull ring 2 is composed of an outer ring body 22 and an inner tongue of the pull ring 23.

(23) As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the tongue of the pull ring 23 is provided with an arched deformation area 231 along the edge, and the arched deformation area 231 is a ring opening belt along the ring opening groove 21, and the arched deformation area 231 is indicated by a grid shadow area in FIG. 4.

(24) The shape and the size of the arched deformation area 231 are matched with that of the opening area to ensure that the arched deformation area 231 can cover the edge of the opening area 12.

(25) The arched deformation area 231 is an edge inclined to the inner side of the lid which is formed by die stamping on the tongue of the pull ring 23 as shown in FIG. 5, and the height (h) at which the arched deformation area 231 is inclined to the inner side of the lid is preferably 0.8 to 2 times of the thickness of the tongue of the pull ring 23.

(26) As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, In addition, the middle part of the tongue of the pull ring 23 is provided with an arch 232 that arches outwards towards the cover, and the specific shape of the arched part 232 is not limited and it could be any shape, and the function of the arched part 232 is to increase the strength of the middle part of the tongue of the pull ring 23.

(27) In the use state, when the pull ring 2 is rotated around the riveting point 3 to make the tongue of the pull ring 23 cover the opening zone 12 during the resealing, and when the middle part of the tongue of the pull ring 23 is pressed by external force, the arched deformation area 231 can be overturned and deformed to make it contact with the edge of the opening area 12 to seal the opening area 12.

(28) The width (A) of the arched deformation area 231 preferably accounts for 8% to 15% of the radial dimension (L) of the tongue of the pull ring 23, as shown in FIG. 4.

(29) As shown in FIG. 12, it is the view of forming of the arched deformation area 231 of the tongue of the pull ring 23 and the die (upper die core 4 and lower die core 5) is used to stamp the edge of the tongue of the pull ring 23.

(30) The use process of this embodiment is shown from FIG. 6 to FIG. 11: The initially unopened can shell is shown in FIG. 6. When the lid is opened as shown in FIG. 7, pull up the ring body 22 of the pull ring 2 to make the front end action point of the pull ring 2 act on the tongue of the can shell 2 in the opening area 12 to break the main scribed line 11, and the tongue of the can shell 13 is turned down to be in the opened state; then turn down the ring body 22 of the pull ring 2 as shown in FIG. 8, so the beverage in the can shell can be drunk. When the lid is resealed as shown in FIG. 9, rotate the pull ring 2 to make the pull ring 2 rotate around the riveting point 3 by 180 degrees to make the tongue of the pull ring 23 cover the opening zone 12 as shown in FIG. 9; then, use the external force to press the middle part of the tongue of the pull ring 23 as shown in FIG. 10 (as shown by the arrow in the Figure), so that the arched deformation area 231 can be overturned upward and deformed to make the arched deformation area 231 contact with the edge of the opening area 12 as shown in FIG. 11 to seal the opening area 12 with the tongue of the pull ring 23.
