MODES OF THE INVENTION
[0023] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0024] First, a structure of a container for ejecting a paste material according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to
[0025] In the container for ejecting a paste according to the present invention, a gear driver 30 is assembled to a lower portion of a container body 10, and a motor driver 40 including a driving motor 41 is coupled to a lower portion of the gear driver 30.
[0026] In the above structure, a partition wall 11 is vertically formed in the container body 10 such that an inner space thereof is divided into a plurality of spaces, that is two or more spaces, and different kinds and compositions of paste materials are individually stored therein, and a main body pressing plate 20 is formed in each of the divided spaces to be liftable and lowerable. Reference numeral 12, which is not described, denotes an ejecting port through which the paste materials are ejected.
[0027] Meanwhile, the gear driver 30 has a structure in which a female screw 36 is formed in an inner circumferential surface thereof to be detachably screw-coupled to a male screw 16 formed on a lower outside surface of the container body 10, a drive gear 31 configured to receive a driving force from the driving motor 41 is formed at a center of an interior of the gear driver 30, a driven gear 32 configured to receive a rotational force from the drive gear 31 is formed at each of both sides of the drive gear 31, a lower pressing plate 33 configured to lift the main body pressing plate 20 is formed above the driven gear 32, a multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 in which a plurality of gears having different diameters are connected by screw-engagement is formed in the driven gear 32 to receive a rotational force from the driven gear 32 and to lift and lower the lower pressing plate 33, and an inner housing 35 configured to support the driven gear 32 is formed in the gear driver 30.
[0028] Particularly, lifting and lowering gears included in the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 have a structure in which diameters d of the lifting and lowering gears gradually increase from a bottom lifting and lowering gear located at a lower portion in the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 to a top lifting and lowering gear located at an upper portion therein as illustrated in
[0029] In addition, it can be seen that a protrusion insertion groove 34a′ into which a lower protrusion 33′, which protrudes from a center of a lower surface of the lower pressing plate 33, may be fixedly inserted is formed in a lifting and lowering gear located at a center of the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34.
[0030] In the present invention, as the container body 10, the lower pressing plate 33, and the main body pressing plate 20 are formed in rectangular shapes, it is preferable to prevent rotation of the main body pressing plate 20.
[0031] In addition, it is preferable to form an operating switch (not shown) configured to transmit an operating signal to the driving motor 41 on an outer wall surface of the motor driver 40, and such an operating switch may be formed in various forms, for example, a lifting switch and a lowering switch are separately formed, or one operating switch is formed such that the one operating switch is raised to perform lifting and is lowered to perform lowering.
[0032] Operating effects according to a use of the container for ejecting a paste having the above-described structure will be described.
[0033] In a case in which a user wants to eject a paste material in a state in which two or more kinds of paste materials are isolated from each other by the partition wall 11 and stored in the container body 10, when the user pushes an operating switch (not shown), power is applied to the driving motor 41, the driving motor 41 is driven, the drive gear 31 rotates in a forward direction to rotate the driven gear 32 located at either side thereof, the main body pressing plate 20 is accordingly lifted due to a lifting movement of the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34, and thus the paste material is ejected through the ejecting port 12.
[0034] That is, when the drive gear 31 rotates in the forward direction, the driven gear 32 located at either side thereof is rotated and, at this time, the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 in which the lifting and lowering gears are stacked in the driven gear 32 is gradually lifted due to gear actions therebetween, and thus the lower pressing plate 33 pushes and lifts the main body pressing plate 20.
[0035] This is because rotation of the lifting and lowering gear located at the center of the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 is prevented by the center lifting and lowering gear being fixed to the lower pressing plate 33 so that the lifting and lowering gear located at the center of the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 rotates due to engagement actions between the other lifting and lowering gears included in the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34.
[0036] At this time, lifting is sequentially performed from a lifting and lowering gear which is located at an outermost side among four lifting and lowering gears included in the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 and to which a rotational force from the driven gear 32 is primarily transmitted.
[0037] Particularly, since the outer screw thread 34a is engaged with the inner screw thread 34b in the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34, a lifting and lowering gear located at an upper portion in the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 is lifted by a rotation action of a lifting and lowering gear located at a lower portion therein, and the lifting action is limited to within a predetermined height by the stoppers 34c.
[0038] In addition, it can be seen that a lifting and lowering gear having the largest diameter in the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 is lifted due to an action with the lower screw thread 32′ of the driven gear 32.
[0039] Accordingly, it may be seen that a set amount of paste material may be ejected due to a lifting operation of the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 which acts due to a screw engagement between the lifting and lowering gears in a state in which the lifting and lowering gears are stacked in a multistage structure.
[0040] In addition, in a case in which the user wants to stop ejecting the paste material, when the user releases user's finger from the operating switch, the lifting of the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 stops, the ejection of the paste material stops, and in a case in which the paste material is excessively ejected, when the user pushes a reverse switch (not shown) to drive the drive gear 31 in a reverse direction, the driven gear 32 rotates in an opposite direction, the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 is lowered, and thus the ejected paste material may be reintroduced into the container body 10.
[0041] Meanwhile, in the container for ejecting a paste according to the present invention, since the container body 10 and the gear driver 30 are assembled by the male screw 16 and the female screw 36, when the ejection of a paste material is completed, the container body 10 may be separated from the container, a new container body 10 may be assembled to the container to be used, and thus there is an advantage in that the container may be reused.
[0042] In addition,
[0043] When such a structure is formed, since an elastic force of the elastic spring 50 is applied to the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34, a lifting pressure may be more effectively applied to the main body pressing plate 20, and thus lowering of the lifting and lowering gear 34 may be prevented during operation.
[0044] In addition, it can be seen that the elastic spring 50 may be more stably supported by the guide plate 52 and the seating groove 53.
[0045] In addition, although specific embodiments according to the present invention are described and illustrated, it should be clear that the structure of the container for ejecting a paste according to the present invention may be variously modified and made by those skilled in the art.
[0046] For example, although the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 is provided with five stages in the drawings, the multistage lifting and lowering gear 34 may be provided with three stages or six or more stages as necessary.
[0047] In addition, as amounts of transmitted rotational force of left and right driven gears 32 are adjusted or as two drive gears 31 are individually installed for the left and right driven gears 32 and a driving switch is installed for each of the driven gears 32, ejecting amounts of left and right paste materials may be adjusted to be different.
[0048] In addition, as a onetime driving amount of the drive gear 31 is set in advance to eject a preset amount of a paste material by rotating the drive gear 31 by a preset number of revolutions when a user pushes an operating switch once, an excessive ejection of the paste material may be prevented, and thus children or the elderly may easily use the container.
[0049] Accordingly, such modified embodiments are not to be individually understood from the technical concept and scope of the present invention, but fall within the appended claims.
