Abstract
The present invention is directed to a method of making a product for the consumption of smokable substances. A conical wrapped paper is secured to a glass filter tip providing a containment for measured amounts of smokable substance. The method includes the use of organic paper applied adhesives which may have enjoyment enhanced substances entrained within.
Claims
1. A method for producing a product for the consumption of smokable substances comprising the following steps, providing a flammable sheet paper wrapper for forming a hand rolled cigarette having a rectangular shape, placing a first and second band of adhesive along the side intersection edges of said paper wrapper, providing a glass filter end tip insert for receiving an end portion of said paper wrapper there about, forming said paper wrapper into a hollow cone about said glass filter end tip paper receiving portion, said hollow cone having a first opening in communication with said glass filter end tip and a second openings having a dimension greater than said first opening.
2. The method for producing a product for the consumption of smokable substances set forth in claim 1 wherein said first and second adhesive bands are organic and moisture activated.
3. The method for producing a product for the consumption of smokable substances set forth in claim 1 wherein said first adhesive band secures the paper wrapper on said glass filter and itself and said second piece of band secures the paper wrapper to itself longitudinally.
4. The method for producing a product for the consumption of smokable substances set forth in claim 1 wherein said flammable sheet paper wrapper has an angled cut across said tip receiving end portion thereof.
5. The method for producing a product for the consumption of smokable substances set forth in claim 2 wherein said first and second band of adhesive having compounds within related to said consumable substances.
6. The method for producing a product for the consumption of smokable substances set forth in claim 1 further comprises filling said hollow paper cone on said glass filter end tip with a measured amount of consumable substance corresponding to the cone’s determined size.
7. A method for producing a product for the consumption of smokable substances comprising the following steps, providing a flammable sheet paper wrapper for forming a hand rolled cigarette having a rectangular shape, placing a first and second band of adhesive along the side intersection edges of said paper wrapper, providing a ceramic filter end tip insert for receiving an end portion of said paper wrapper there about, forming said paper wrapper into a hollow tube about said ceramic filter end tip paper receiving portion, said hollow tube having a first opening in communication with said ceramic filter end tip and a second opening of a uniform dimension to than said first opening.
8. The method for producing a product for the consumption of smokable substances set forth in claim 7 wherein said first and second adhesive bands are organic and moisture activated.
9. The method for producing a product for the consumption of smokable substances set forth in claim 7 wherein said first adhesive band secures the paper wrapper on said ceramic filter and itself and said second piece of band secures the paper wrapper to itself longitudinally.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0014] Referring to
[0015] Prior art paper formed smoking cones 13, as seen in
[0016] The availability of nonporous glass filter end tips 12 as traditional holders of common hand rolled cigarettes, but are not available as an integrated cone wrapping as set forth in the present invention.
[0017] Referring now to
[0018] The paper wrapper 11A may have an angled end cut 11B as seen in dotted lines in
[0019] The wrapper paper 11A has an organic adhesive band 19 indicated by dotted lines in
[0020] The so formed wrapper paper 11A cone is filled with a premeasured amount of consumable substance which correspond to its determined size. The wrapper paper may also be so formed as a tubular configuration indicated by 11B in broken lines in
[0021] It will be seen that by preforming the cone wrapper device 10 of the invention will lend itself more easily to transport display and dispensing packaging, not shown, of various configurations that will maintain the integrity of the product while providing a safe secure and easily dispensing venue for use.
[0022] Referring now to
[0023] It will also be apparent from the above description that the glass filter tip 18 may be modified with a dual filter tip inclusion of an organic end portion 19 formed, in this example, of wood to enhance the engagement and flavor presence as seen in
[0024] It will thus be seen that a new and novel cone shaped wrapper device 10 for the consumption of nontobacco products has been illustrated and described and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit of the invention.
