A new and distinct cultivar of Scaevola plant named ‘Bonsca 1430’, characterized by its compact and spreading plant habit; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; long flowering period; deep violet-colored flowers; and good container and garden performance.

[0022] The aforementioned photographs and following observations, measurements and values describe plants grown during the late summer in 20-cm containers in an outdoor nursery in Higashiomi, Shiga, Japan and under cultural practices typical of commercial Scaevola production. During the production of the plants, day temperatures ranged from 15° C. to 30° C. and night temperatures ranged from 13° C. to 25° C. Plants were three months old when the photographs and the detailed description were taken. In the following description, color references are made to The Royal Horticultural Society Colour Chart, 2007 Edition, except where general terms of ordinary dictionary significance are used.
