Description
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PHOTOGRAPH
[0021] The accompanying colored photograph illustrates the overall appearance of the new Verbena plant showing the colors as true as it is reasonably possible to obtain in colored reproductions of this type. Colors in the photograph may differ slightly from the color values cited in the detailed botanical description which accurately describe the actual colors of the new Verbena plant.
[0022] The photograph is a side perspective view of a typical flowering plant of ‘VOLVER 7551’ grown in a container.
DETAILED BOTANICAL DESCRIPTION
[0023] The aforementioned photograph and following observations and measurements describe plants grown during the spring in 12-cm containers in a glass-covered greenhouse in Muenster, Germany and under commercial practices typical of commercial Sutera production. During the production of the plants, day temperatures ranged from 18° C. to 25° C., night temperatures ranged from 15° C. to 18° C. and light levels ranged from 5 to 65 klux. Plants were pinched two to three weeks after planting and were six months old when the photograph and the description were taken. In the following description, color references are made to The Royal Horticultural Society Mini Colour Chart, 2005 Edition, except where general terms of ordinary dictionary significance are used.
