Abstract

A new Lantana plant named ‘LANZ0040’ having medium size yellow flowers, excellent flower production, vigorous plant growth and uniform dense semi-spreading habit with medium sized dark green foliage and very little seed set.

1. A new and distinct variety of Lantana plant named ‘LANZ0040’ substantially as illustrated and described herein.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS

(1) The accompanying photographic drawings, taken in September 2020, show typical flower and foliage characteristics of ‘LANZ0040’ with colors being as true as possible with an illustration of this type. The photographic drawings show in FIG. 1 a close view of an inflorescence, and in FIG. 2 a whole flowering plant.

DETAILED BOTANICAL DESCRIPTION

(2) The plant descriptions and measurements were taken in Gilroy, Calif. in April 2021. The plants were approximately 4 months old and were growing in 14 inch pots, three plants per pot, in a greenhouse.
