Abstract
The present invention provides a commercial process for preparing the ‘Smokeless Cannabis-Hemp’ into a soothing, impactful, and smooth smoking experience; that also acts as an effective replacement for Tobacco Smoking. The process produces both a processed and heat cooked ‘smokeless product’ blend that can be mixed with various fillers, herbs, and flavors; and inserted into a smoking vessel of any type, or processed into a cigarette or cigar, for smoking purposes.
The commercial process entails the combining of various raw cannabinoids, decarboxylated cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids that are found in the Cannabis-Hemp Plant; with other herbs, fillers, and flavors for the purposes of creating a smooth and impactful smoking experience that does not disturb or harm others in the surrounding environment.
To accomplish this process, the Cannabis-Hemp Plant must be correctly processed, and a quantity of the Cannabis-Hemp Plant must be correctly processed and heat-cooked, with added flavorings. The heat-cooked Cannabis-Hemp plant may then be blended with other herbs, flavorings, and chemicals for maximum efficacy.
Claims
1. A process for preparing an effective replacement for smokeless tobacco comprising the ordered steps of: a) providing a quantity of the raw cannabis-hemp plant (the initial ‘smokeless product’) b) providing a system to convey the smokeless product through the various steps of the process c) preparing other product sources, fillers, and flavoring, for later additions to the smokeless product d) preparing the raw cannabis-hemp smokeless product by disassembling the cannabis-hemp stalks e) preparing the raw cannabis-hemp by removing the seeds from the stalks f) preparing the raw cannabis-hemp by removing and drying the cannabis-hemp leaves g) preparing the raw cannabis-hemp by drying the flowers while on the stems and stalks h) preparing the raw cannabis-hemp by curing the flowers and stems in sealed containers i) preparing the smokeless product by grinding and/or chopping the processed leaves and flowers j) preparing the smokeless product by heat cooking a portion of flowers and leaves for decarboxylation k) preparing the smokeless product by applying flavorings and chemicals to the smokeless product l) re-heat cooking the enhanced/processed flowers and leaves for further decarboxylation and infusion m) choosing and blending the proper ratios of the processed and heat-cooked cannabis-hemp n) choosing and blending the proper ratios of the other products, chemicals, flavorings, and fillers o) preparing the optional ‘oral pouch’ with the exact dosage of chemical(s) and flavorings p) processing the product through the smokeless product processing and packaging equipment q) packaging and labeling the various blends, flavors, chemical, and cannabinoid levels
2. The process of preparing the ‘cannabis-hemp smokeless product’ according to claim 1, wherein the smokeless product is fully prepared upon exiting the steps of heat cooking the flowers and/or leaves (j); with adding none, all, each, or a combination of additional smokeless sources, fillers, chemicals and flavorings (a through q).
3. The process of preparing the ‘cannabis-hemp smokeless product’ according to claim 1, wherein the smokeless product is fully prepared upon exiting the steps of heat cooking the flowers and/or leaves (j); without the steps of drying and/or curing the cannabis-hemp smokeless product beforehand (f, g, h).
4. The process of preparing the ‘cannabis-hemp smokeless product’ according to claim 1, wherein the smokeless product is fully prepared upon exiting the steps of heat-cooking the flowers and/or leaves (j) and wherein the smokeless product is fully prepared after blending the heat-cooked cannabis-hemp flowers and/or leaves, with the non-heat cooked processed cannabis-hemp flowers and/or leaves (m) together; with none, all, each, or a combination of the additional smokeless sources, fillers, chemicals and flavorings.
5. The process of preparing the ‘cannabis-hemp smokeless product’ according to claim 1, comprising the further step of combining the smokeless product with various chemicals, smoke, spices, salts, seeds, nuts, oils roots, flavorings, colorings, condiments, fruits, fruit peels, essential oils, herbs, flowers, leaves, vegetables, extracts, and sweeteners before and after each of the steps (a through q); or a combination of steps therein.
6. The process of preparing the ‘cannabis-hemp smokeless product’ according to claim 1, comprising the further step of evacuating the sealed curing jugs, before after each opening.
7. The process of preparing the ‘cannabis-hemp smokeless product’ according to claim 1, comprising the further step of fermenting the cannabis-hemp leaves and/or flowers.
8. An infusion process for preparing the ‘smokeless product’ according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: a. preparing the smokeless product by heat-cooking the smokeless product for decarboxylation b. adding sources, fillers, chemicals and flavorings to the heat-cooked flowers and/or leaves c. re-heat-cooking the enhanced cannabis-hemp flowers for infusion and further decarboxylation. d. blending more fillers, herbs, chemicals, and flavorings, to the twice heat-cooked smokeless product e. thrice heat-cooking the infused cannabis-hemp flowers for further infusion and decarboxylation. f. adding flavor/smell enhancements to the packaging, after the final blend has been completed
9. The process of preparing the ‘cannabis-hemp smokeless product’ according to claims 1 through 8, comprising the further step of freezing and or refrigerating the smokeless product before and after a step, a combination of steps, or every step (a to q).
