Respirator device with light exposure detection
A system including a head-mounted device having a face shield; a respirator coupled to or embodied in the head mounted device; a light having a light intensity; a light detector, and a computing device communicatively coupled to the at least one light detector that receive from the light detector data indicting a type and intensity of light, and determine that the light matches a particular type of light and whether it exceeds a threshold, and on the basis of this determination, modifies the intensity of the light.

SMART MASKS
A smart mask includes a face covering, an attachment member, one or more sensors, and a controller. The face covering is configured to cover a face area of a wearer. The attachment member is configured to attach the face covering onto the face area of the wearer. The one or more sensors comprises an air quality sensor configured to obtain first data associated with nearby air quality or a breathing pattern sensor configured to obtain second data associated with the wearer's breathing pattern. The controller is configured to process the first data associated with nearby air quality to identify a current air quality, or process the second data obtained by the breathing pattern. In response to determining that the current air quality is worse than a predetermined threshold, or identifying a particular breathing pattern, the controller is configured to generate a notification, notifying the wearer.
Device and method for opening an airway
A device and a method for creating and/or maintaining an obstruction free upper respiratory passages. The device is configured to fit under the chin of a subject adjacent to the subject's neck at an external location corresponding approximately with the subject's internal soft tissue associated with the neck's anterior triangle. The device is capable of exerting negative pressure on the surface of a subject's neck, displacing the soft tissue forward and enlarging the airway.
Mask apparatus
A mask device includes a mask body provided with at least one inlet and at least one outlet located below the inlet, a first air cleaner and a second air cleaner for filtering outside air sucked in from an outside environment and supplying the filtered air through the mask body to the inlet, the first air cleaner coupled to one side of the mask body and the second air cleaner coupled to an other side of the mask body, and a first fixing part and a second fixing part, the first fixing part for coupling the first air cleaner to the mask body and the second fixing part for coupling the second air cleaner to the mask body.
Mask Device with Improved Comfort, Airflow, Humidity, and Temperature Characteristics and Providing a Means for Conducting Facial Exercises
The present application describes a mask, configured to be worn on a face of an individual, that has a porous mask frame made of a polymer, one or more fans positioned on the porous mask frame, a mask covering made of one or more layers of non-woven fabric, an energy source in electrical communication with the one or more fans and positioned on at least one of the mask frame or the mask covering. Alternatively, there one or more fans may be positioned on the masking covering without the aid of the mask frame.
WEARABLE AIR CLEANING DEVICE
Filtered, clean air can be provided via a personalized airflow to a user, to reduce inhalation of unwanted particles, bioaerosoles, and the like, while providing greater comfort than passive PPE. Various systems and methods are disclosed herein, for filtering and cleaning air via a smart, wearable device. For example, a headset in accordance with this disclosure can detect unwanted particulate matter, harmful compounds, bioaerosols, and other ambient conditions, and dynamically adjust an airflow to form an airshield that is distributed over a user's nose and mouth so as to reduce inhalation of contaminated air by as much as 70%. Various embodiments may utilize filters, disinfection modules, pressure sensors, movement sensors, ambient sensors, and contaminant sensors housed within wearable, portable devices.
FACE SOAKING DEVICE
Face soaking devices (devices) and methods of use are described and disclosed. In some embodiments the device may comprise a vessel and a vessel neck gasket. The vessel may be configured to hold a liquid to submerge a face of a user or a portion thereof. The vessel neck gasket may be (removably) joined to the vessel. The vessel neck gasket may be configured to comfortably accommodate a portion of the user's neck. In some embodiments, the device may comprise a breathing apparatus that may be in removable contact with: the vessel, with a head rest subassembly, and/or with the user. The breathing apparatus may be configured to permit the user to breathe while the user's face may be submerged within the liquid. When the vessel may be filled with the liquid to at least a sufficient level, the user may soak the face or the portion thereof, such that the skin being soaked receives a benefit.
