FITNESS APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a fitness apparatus comprising, at least three poles for providing supporting structure to the apparatus, a crossbar for attaching the poles at one point from first side, at least two pulleys for rotating on its own axis, at least two yogasizr ropes for performing exercise by a user, safety locks to protect the user from flipping, number of foot-handle assembly for moving the yogasizr ropes according to requirement and a belt for supporting abdomen of the user and the lower back for hanging upside down.
EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise or training device that includes a first pulley, a second pulley, and a two ended line trained through the first and second pulley, the line having a first end and a second end, the first end of the line affixed to a first handle for gripping, a second handle for gripping affixed to the line at a position between the first end and the second end of the line. The pulleys may be fixed in position to a wall or rack such that they are horizontally spaced apart. In some embodiments, the pulley or pulleys may be attached to the fixed position by a spring assembly or other device to increase the linear force in the handles or bar.
APPARATUS FOR IMPROVING EXERCISE EQUIPMENT AND A METHOD OF USING THE SAME
An upper-body apparatus for enhancing the workout of a lower-body exercise equipment and a method of using the same is provided. The upper-body apparatus is mounted above the lower-body exercise equipment for adding pull-up and pull-out functionality thereto. The upper-body apparatus has two tension elements depending from and spaced apart along a mounting surface above the lower-body exercise equipment. Each tension elements terminates in a swivel-connected handle just above the head of the user. An elastic cord interconnects the cuffs of the handles. The handles and elastic cords facilitate the pull-up and pull-out functionality for the user of the lower-body exercise equipment.
APPARATUS FOR AERIAL EXERCISE
An apparatus for aerial exercise and enjoyment of a user while suspended from a support structure is provided. The apparatus includes a main support, at least one support hanger, a pair of branches, and at least one user support attachment. The at least one support hanger connects a first and second location of the support structure to an upper portion of the main support. A lower portion of the main support is rotatably connected to the upper portion. The pair of branches extend from the lower portion and are configured to receive the at least one user support attachment. Each user support attachment includes an interior portion containing a padding material. The at least one user support attachment may be a pair of looped leg or arm straps, a shoulder harness, or a seat. Each looped leg strap of the pair of looped leg straps includes a foot platform.
Multi-level play equipment
A play apparatus has plural types of elevated equipment, namely a ropes course and a zip coaster. Both types of elevated equipment have respective user safety supports that extend along the respective equipment and receive a safety harness worn by a user. The user need not change safety harnesses to use the different types of equipment. The entry and exit locations for the elevated equipment are in a common area elevated above the ground. A third type of equipment, namely an obstacle course, is located under and above the common area.

Adjustable exercise suspension system and related methods
An adjustable exercise suspension system and related methods of use and exercise are disclosed. The system includes a length-adjustable suspension strap assembly attached at one end to a fixed overhead support structure and at an opposite end to a weight element. The strap assembly comprises a plurality of straps detachably connected together. The weight element is suspended from the overhead support structure creating a tensile force in the strap assembly establishing a taut condition. The weight element is manually movable by a user during the exercise routine along an arcuate path in a plane of stable motion while the tensile force maintains the taut condition of the strap assembly. The strap assembly advantageously provides guided and stabilized motion of the weight element for the user thereby minimizing risk of injury. The resistance force of the system is user-variable by attaching different size weight elements to the strap assembly.
