Systems and methods for coordinating musculoskeletal and cardiovascular or cerebrovascular hemodynamics
Described herein are methods for determining a target musculoskeletal activity cycle (MSKC) to cardiac cycle (CC) timing relationship. The method may include detecting a signal responsive to a cyclically-varying arterial blood flow at a location on a head of a user; providing a recurrent prompt at a frequency of the heart pump cycle using the signal, such that the signal correlates with a magnitude of blood flow adjacent to the location, and the recurrent prompt is provided to guide the user to time performance of a component of a rhythmic musculoskeletal activity with the recurrent prompt; and guiding the user to adjust a timing of the component of the rhythmic musculoskeletal activity to substantially maximize a magnitude of the signal. In some embodiments, the method further includes generating the recurrent prompt by amplifying the sound generated by the blood flow in or in proximity to an ear of the user.
Universal swing training apparatus
A universal swing training apparatus is provided that includes a sports-related implement and a slide mechanism. The implement includes a proximal section and a distal section that are spaced apart to form a gap there-between. The slide mechanism is inserted within this gap and is connected to the upper end of the proximal section and the lower end of the distal section. The slide mechanism includes a rail guide, a plurality of front ball bearings, a plurality of rear ball bearings, and a sliding rail assembly that are cooperatively configured to insure that this upper end and this lower end are coaxial when the sliding rail assembly is situated in a coaxial position on the rail guide, and permit a lateral shift of this lower end relative to this upper end during a swinging of the implement.

Sports wrist trainer and methods of use
A sports wrist trainer comprising a first elongated swing member with grip attached to a second elongated swing member with head by means of a one way 90 degree hinge, and an elastic return means that returns and holds said swing members at a ninety degree angle one to the other. According to alternative embodiments, the wrist trainer is a bat used for learning batting swings or a golf club used for learning golf swings. The one way hinge rotates to provide a trainer having different swing configurations and to maintain the bat or club head facing the ball at impact just like at address. The elastic return means may be removed and the trainer used without it. A second one way 90 degree rotating hinge can be added to the first providing additional versatility and accommodating both right and left handed golfers.
Golf Swing Practicing Apparatus and Practicing Methods
Present invention discloses a golf swing practicing apparatus for practicing golf swing in a confined environment with a short-shaft golf club, practicing methods for setting up the short-shaft golf club at a proper incline angle in mid air at address position, and a mechanic model for determining the required club head weight that enables golfer to feel the same Swing Weight as he swings the short-shaft golf club or the conventional golf club.
Adjustable Club
An adjustable club for exercise and art that has an elongate handle, at least one weight and a stud. The elongate handle acts as a counterweight to the removable weights. The elements of the adjustable club may be held together by two different types of frictional fits. The adjustable club may include only the elongate handle and the stud.
SWINGING DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for training. The apparatus includes a grip configured for engaging a user hand, and a grip extension movably coupled to the grip between a retracted position and an extended position. The apparatus further includes a flexible shaft coupled to at least one of the grip and the grip extension and extending a substantially fixed length, and a fan connected to the flexible shaft.
Method and apparatus for simulating a gaming event
An electronics module in a gaming device includes an inertial measurement unit (“IMU”) for detecting acceleration motion, angular movements, and an optics assembly to optimally calculate a moment of impact and to predict a virtual trajectory of a virtual golf ball or other hypothetical object. The virtual trajectory of the target object may be displayed on a display screen either on the gaming device itself, on a computer, or on a television display. A haptics member, such as a vibration or sound element is positioned in the shaft housing and actuated to simulate a ball impact when the shaft housing is indicative of a swing.
Intelligent Golf Swing
An intelligent golf swing includes a swing body, a top spotlight device and a lower spotlight device. The swing body includes a middle rod and a lower rod. The lower rod is installed at the bottom end of the middle rod. The lower rod and the middle rod are arranged in a straight line. The top spotlight device is fixedly installed at the top end of the middle rod. The top spotlight device includes a spotlight and a switch. The lower spotlight device is fixedly installed on the lower rod. The lower spotlight device includes a lampwick and a button switch. A light emitted by the lampwick is allowed to be emitted from the bottom end of the lower rod, and the aforementioned light, the swing body, the lower rod and the middle rod are located on the same straight line.
EXERCISE DEVICE
In general, an exercise device includes a handle having a first end and a second end. A curved member is coupled to the first end of the handle. A movable member is coupled to the curved member, with the movable member configured to travel along a length of the curved member, where the movable member has a first portion and a second portion, and the second portion is configured to move relative to the first portion. An elongate member has a first end and a second end, and the first end of the elongate member is coupled to the second portion of the movable member. A weight is coupled to the second end of the elongate member.
