Weight Bar Assembly
A weight bar assembly comprises a connecting bar, a first end bar, a second end bar, a first weight, and a second weight. The first weight is configured to be mounted on the first end bar. The second weight is configured to be mounted on the second end bar. The first end bar comprises an elongated cylindrical shaft and a collar attached to the elongated cylindrical shaft. The second end bar comprises an elongated cylindrical shaft and a collar attached to the elongated cylindrical shaft. The weight bar assembly further comprises another connecting bar. The connecting bar is of a curled shape. The other connector bar is of a cylindrical shape. The first end bar and the second end bar may be selectively coupled to the connecting bar or the other connecting bar.
Exercise device
The disclosure provides an exercise device comprising a weighted head and handle to simulate swinging a sledgehammer without causing the damage typically resulting from a sledgehammer having a solid head or hammer portion attached to a handle. Some embodiments provide quick release connectors between the weighted head and the handle. Methods for producing and using the weighted head and handle are also disclosed.

Exercise system
An exercise system includes a handle having a shaft, a head, a spindle, and a loop. The shaft extends from a first end to a second end. The head has a top, a bottom, a front, and a rear, the top opposite the bottom, the front opposite the rear, the bottom of the head affixed to the second end of the shaft. The spindle has a ring and is positioned at the front of the head with the spindle rotatably supported upon the head. The loop is affixed to the top of the head. The exercise system includes one or more elastic exercise cords configured to selectively connect to the loop or the ring. The exercise system may include one or more kettleballs configured to selectively connect to the one or more elastic exercise cords. The kettleballs and/or elastic exercise cords may be moved in a circular motion.

GOLF SWING SPEED TRAINER
A golf swing speed trainer for releasable attachment via a retainer to a shaft sleeve of a golf club shaft, including a head, a sleeve, and a weighting system. The trainer provides a highly customizable golf swing speed trainer that more accurately mimics the feel of a real club as a golfer works to increase their swing speed, without introducing any new bad habits. It allows a golfer to use their “gamer” shaft and grip during speed training, thereby increasing the user's familiarity with the trainer, which should result not only in increased swing speed but also improved consistency and accuracy.
