It has a finger and compressible palm support section of different depths, the differences support a gentle stretch of the fingers, when the palm is pushed forward and away from the body.

The device and methods disclosed herein allow an individual to create and sustain a differential stretch to the anterior muscles and ligaments of the torso, hips, and legs.
