MODULAR CONTROL-TYPE PLANT CULTIVATION DEVICE
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a plant cultivation device, including: a body part configured such that a growth space in which a soil and plants are accommodated and to which a nutrient solution is supplied and an auxiliary space which is disposed under the growth space, into which air is introduced and through which a nutrient solution supplied to the soil is discharged are formed therein; a fertilization part disposed inside the body part and configured to supply a nutrient solution to the soil; and a separation part disposed between the growth space and the auxiliary space, configured to prevent the inflow of the soil into the auxiliary space, and provided with a plurality of openings having a smaller diameter; wherein the air introduced into the auxiliary space is introduced into the soil through the openings and promotes the growth of the plants.
Horticulture fastener
A fastener device adapted for attaching at least one tag (or other identifier) to an object. The fastener device comprises a T-bar component, a paddle component, and a filament component flexibly attached to both the T-bar component on one end and the paddle component on the other end. In some embodiments, the fastener device is deployable via a fastener dispensing device comprising a needle designed to puncture a hole in at least one tag and the object while also inserting the T-bar component through the hole. Once inserted, the paddle component exerts a cantilever spring force against at least one tag holding the tag(s) securely against the object.
PLANT MONITOR, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GENERATING INFORMATION
A plant monitor includes: a main control chip, a wireless communication chip connected with the main control chip, and at least one growth environment monitoring sensor connected with the main control chip. The at least one growth environment monitoring sensor includes at least one of an illumination sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, or a soil conductivity sensor. The main control chip is configured to acquire growth environment data collected by the at least one growth environment monitoring sensor, and send the growth environment data to a mobile terminal via the wireless communication chip. The mobile terminal is configured to generate plant cultivation reference information according to the growth environment data.
METHODS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PERENNIAL ARTICHOKE PLANTS
The present disclosure relates to methods for the cultivation of perennial artichoke plants. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to methods of cultivating artichoke plants to increase the uniformity and yield of marketable products (e.g. edible mature buds), and to accurately program and condense the harvest interval of artichoke plants grown as perennials in a planting field in order to reduce production and harvesting costs.
AUTOMATED PLACEMENT OF PLANT VARIETIES FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE WITHIN A GROW SPACE SUBJECT TO ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITION VARIABILITY
Systems, methods and computer-readable media are provided for determining optimum placement, within a grow space, of plants of different varieties. Sets of reference environmental setpoints each correspond to a desired predicted performance of a respective plant variety. Environmental condition metrics at different positions within the grow space are determined. An allocation of the plants is determined among different volumetric regions within the grow space based on predicted performance of the plant varieties as a function of position within the grow space.
LOCKING AND EMPTYING SYSTEM OF REFILL CARTRIDGE CONTAINING NUTRIENTS OR CHEMICALS
Present invention relates to a locking and emptying system of a refill cartridge containing nutrients or chemicals, said system comprising at least one replaceable refill cartridge, at least one receiving socket for the refill cartridge, in every receiving socket a locking mechanism of the refill cartridge, discharge means of the refill cartridge and control means of the locking system and for each refill cartridge a emptying container. The control means of the locking system are set to release the empty refill cartridge from the receiving socket only when the emptying container has enough free volume to receive the content of the next refill cartridge,
DATA DRIVEN INDOOR FARMING OPTIMIZATION
Data driven indoor farming optimization may provide autonomous decision making that maximizes crop yield. One or more specifications and one or more constraints on resources for a crop being monitored may be received at computing devices. The computing devices may generate a simulation using a machine learning algorithm to determine whether the one or more specifications and the one or more constraints result in a grow solution for the crop. The simulation may be constrained by historical data on one or more variables that affect crop production. The computing devices may receive a modification to a constraint in the event that the simulation failed to generate a grow solution for the crop. On the other hand, if the simulation generates a grow solution for the crop, the simulation may be run to predict growth of the crop at specific time intervals of a grow cycle for the crop.
