A swing is suspended from the horizontal member. A lower tension bracket is mounted on a lower wall of the first horizontal section.

A swing attachment apparatus for holding a child's toy on a swing includes a seat base that has a lower portion configured to rest on a swing seat and an upper portion configured to support a child's toy. A seat back may be provided that adjustably engages with the seat base to support a rear portion of the child's toy. A first strap is attached to the seat base and is configured to wrap around the swing seat to secure the seat base to the swing. A second strap is attached to the seat base and is configured to extend over the child's toy to secure the child's toy between the second strap and the seat base.

A swing attachment apparatus for holding a child's toy on a swing includes a seat base that has a lower portion configured to rest on a swing seat and an upper portion configured to support a child's toy. A seat back may be provided that adjustably engages with the seat base to support a rear portion of the child's toy. The system may be a process and a device that allows for safety in swinging on a swing at a park, playground or swing set. The process may include fixing a chain, hook/connector and an anchor into a single chain assembly. The chain assembly may be dipped or submerged in a polymer coating and allowed to dry, forming a continuous coating over the chain assembly. The chain assembly may be secured to a swing seat using brackets to engage the anchor portion of the chain assembly. The polymer coating may partially or entirely coat the chain assembly while still allowing manipulation and deformation of the chain assembly. In particular, an embodiment of the present invention provides a lounge seat for a garden swing that has an adjustable reclination angle relative to the seat support and is positionable at a selected reclination angle through a reclination adjustor.
