Rotating spin top device
A rotating spin top device for creating rotational force for a spin top includes a shell. The shell has a radius being a length between a center of the shell and an exterior surface of the shell. The shell has a cavity where a ball is nested within. The ball has a radius being a length between a center of the ball and an exterior surface of the ball. A length from the center of the ball to a center of the cavity defines a distance when the ball is positioned at an end of a pair of ends of the cavity. The radius of the ball and the radius of the shell are relative to the distance whereby defining a proportion. The proportion creates the rotational movement of the rotating spin top device.

Ball toy
A ball toy having a solid, resiliently flexible body is disclosed. The body is penetrated by a bore, wherein bearing means are mounted, defining a rotational axis of the body therein. The bore has a bore closure at each end, mechanical connection means connecting each closure to the bearing means. The body is able to spin on said axis relative to the closures, when the closures are held in a pinching manner by a user. The body is made of a thermoplastic rubber of selected hardness properties, giving it excellent bouncing performance, with unpredictability of bouncing direction resulting from the spinning of the body.

TOY TOP LAUNCHER
A toy top launcher for launching a toy top including a launcher adapter, the toy top launcher having a housing; a barrel formed in the housing and configured for receiving the launcher adapter; and a lever arm pivotally connected to the housing,
wherein the lever arm has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, wherein the first end of the lever arm extends into the barrel, wherein the second end of the lever arm extends out of the housing, and wherein the barrel comprises a first screw thread configured for cooperating with a mating screw thread on the launcher adapter.
ANTI-FIDGETING SPINNING DEVICE
Aspects of the present invention relate to an anti-fidgeting device. In an aspect, the anti-fidgeting device includes a head, or a first member, that is coupled to a writing instrument. The writing instrument extends at least partially through the first member. The anti-fidgeting device includes a body, or a second member, that is coupled to the writing instrument. The writing instrument extends at least partially through the second member. The anti-fidgeting device includes a spinning mechanism that is positioned at least partially between the first member and the second member. The writing instrument extends through the spinning mechanism. The spinning mechanism is rotatable around the writing instrument.
TRINKET TRANSFORMABLE INTO A WHIRLIGIG FOR ENRICHMENT
A whirligig assembly includes a body having equally distributed weight about the center-point of the body, a central opening provided through the body, at least one stem opening provided through the side of the body extending orthogonally through the central opening and breaking out at opposing sides of the body, and a stem having a first end formed as a whirligig point and a second end formed as an attachment end, the first end including a stop flange located just above the base of the whirligig point on the stem. The stem may be inserted through one of the at least one stem openings and may be attached to a mechanism to suspend the body vertically on the stem and, wherein the stem may be inserted through the central opening of the body to enable function as a whirligig.
Interactive tops collision enhancing battling environment
A battle arena game apparatus with one or more symmetrical side tracks creating a one-way flow pattern that repeatedly exits spinning tops into a middle area of a battling surface to maximize the frequency of collisions between actively spinning tops for enhanced game play and fun for a user. A barrier at an exit of the one or more side tracks prevents the one or more spinning tops from entering the exit of the side tracks creating a one-way flow pattern of the one or more spinning tops from a periphery area of the battling surface to launch into the middle area of the battling surface to continuously engage spinning toy tops in combat.
