INSPIRATIONAL TALKING TOYS
This invention relates to toys for children. Particularly, the invention provides Inspirational, Bible/Biblical verses, messages and mini songs through an SD Card Reader device inside the toy that can be heard once the buttons located in different places (arm, leg etc.) connected to the device are pushed. The advantage of the toy is that it will recite the inspirational and/or biblical information in a youthful way so that the children are interested and can understand the meaning of the different Inspirational, Bible/Biblical verses, messages and mini songs; and it will be safe for children to play with and the audio files installed on the SD Card will be under parental control. The inspirational and/or biblical information derived from within the toy by software reading the SD Card, written in a proprietary fashion so as to ensure only messages created for the product can be played via the SD Card Reader on the plush toy, therefore ensuring that no other unsuitable material can be played/listened too on the toy or through the G Kingdom Games Application (App).
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
An information processing apparatus that includes a control unit (150) controlling an action of an autonomous operation unit, and in which the control unit controls transition of plural states relating to speech recognition processing through the autonomous operation unit based on a detected trigger, and the states include a first active state in which an action of the autonomous operation unit is restricted, and a second active state in which the speech recognition processing is performed is provided. Moreover, an information processing method in which a processor controls an action of an autonomous operation unit, the controlling includes controlling transition of plural states relating to speech recognition processing through the autonomous operation unit based on a detected trigger, and the states include a first active state in which an action of the autonomous operation unit is restricted, and a second active state in which the speech recognition processing is performed is provided.

MUSICAL CONSTRUCTIVE MODULE AND CONSTRUCTOR
The invention describes a new constructor module with the additive aspects of sound and dynamic construction. A base block is provided with varying mating elements for adjustably connecting structural blocks and plates together with sounding elements. A plurality of base blocks may be constructed based on desired output in various shapes and structures. The base blocks are coupled together with connecting elements and fixing pins, which also assist in coupling the sounding elements. Additional plates are also utilized for creating dynamic sounds and structures, including D-shaped plates and U-shaped plates. Constructor set modules may utilize all such elements in a plurality of structures, or at minimum, only base blocks, connecting elements, a sounding element, and fixing pins.
Turkey call device
A turkey call device and assembly for simulating multiple calls of a wild turkey hen. The turkey call device and assembly comprises a housing with a plurality of striker plates and at least one striker member. In one embodiment, the housing comprises two striker plates on the top thereof and a third striker plate on the bottom thereof. The bottom striker plate is capable of producing a locator call. The locator call has a hearing range of up to one half of a mile so as to eliminate the need for a user to travel long distances for the device to be heard from afar. Each striker plate and striker member can be formed from different materials. In this way, the turkey call device and assembly enables a user to reproduce multiple sounds, such as yelps, cuts, cackles, kee kees, runs, purrs, clucks, and other turkey hen sounds.
Blank-firing device with anti-tampering features
The disclosed device is based on the Thompson submachine gun. The disclosed device is specifically designed to only fire blanks, or a firearm cartridge that contains gunpowder but no bullet, shot, or projectile. Blanks can be fired in fully automatic fashion, just as a standard machine gun. Numerous features are disclosed that prevent the disclosed device from being modified to fire live cartridges. The result is a blank-firing device with the appearance of a genuine firearm, while being unable to fire live cartridges, and thus not regulated by state or federal laws, or regulations to possess, use, and/or transfer.
TOYS WITH CAPACITIVE TOUCH FEATURES
A children's toy with capacitive touch interactivity. The children's toy generally includes a user input overlay panel and one or more capacitive touch sensors. The overlay panel may be formed from a capacitive touch conductive natural organic material such as wood. The toy can be shaped and ornamented to resemble a musical instrument and configured to play music in response to user input applied to the user input overlay panel and sensed by the capacitive touch sensors.

INFANT ACTIVITY CENTER
A child activity center includes a tabletop having a top play surface and a bottom surface opposite the top play surface, and a central opening. A plurality of legs, are attached to tabletop and a lower platform is attached to the legs by a plurality of straps that are connected to the platform. A child seat is advantageously removably attached to the tabletop via over the central opening, in one form. Optional unique clips attach toys to the tabletop and one or more optional openings or windows in the tabletop allow an infant to see through the tabletop to the observe objects therebelow.
BALLOON HOLDER
There is disclosed a balloon holder for holding a balloon having a tail and a tapered self-closing bladder. The balloon holder comprises a main body having a tail locking mechanism, an elongated member protruding from a bottom extremity of the main body, a support element configured to slide over the elongated member and be positioned on the main body, and a position adjustment mechanism for adjusting the position of the support element on the main body. In use, the tail of the balloon is secured to the main body by the tail locking mechanism and the support element is slid over the elongated member and positioned on the main body using the position adjustment mechanism so as to support the balloon in an upright position.
