Dust filter

A dust filter includes a filter medium configured to filter foreign substances, such as dust, from atmospheric air. The dust filter also includes a case within which the filter medium is disposed. A first chamber in the case on one side of the filter medium defines a clean side, and a second chamber in the case on the other side of the filter medium defines a dirty side. The case includes a first port that provides fluid communication between the first chamber and the air passage, and a second port that provides fluid communication between the second chamber and the surrounding atmosphere. The second port is configured to allow water accumulated in the case to drain to the outside of the case by gravity while the case is mounted on the vehicle.

One or both of an indoor and/or the outdoor intake is used to receive air based on a determination that an indoor and outdoor humidity and temperature is most efficient to achieve a desired indoor humidity or temperature.

In an embodiment, the method includes increasing a speed of a fan of the climate control system, and determining a first fitted external static pressure (ESP) function from a first plurality of airflow values and a first plurality of ESP values. Additionally, the method includes obtaining a baseline ESP from the first fitted ESP function, and determining a second fitted ESP function from a second plurality of airflow values and a second plurality of ESP values collected at least one week after the first plurality of airflow values and the first plurality of ESP values are collected. Further, the method includes comparing the first calculated ESP obtained from the second fitted ESP function to the baseline ESP to determine a condition of an air filter of the climate control system.

The polishing and dust extraction module comprises a double-layer dust extraction cover (3), a protective cover (2), an industrial brush (4), a first air guide portion, a second air guide portion (24) and a drive motor (22), the drive motor (22) driving the industrial brush (4) to rotate at high speed to perform polishing. During welding and polishing, a mechanical arm (6) drives the double-layer dust extraction cover (3), and a suction hole (20) of the double-layer dust extraction cover (3) and a suction guide hole (19) on the industrial brush (4) simultaneously take in toxic gas and debris such as iron filings.
