METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING FLUIDS
A method for processing a fluid includes removably securing a retention member to a vessel that bounds a chamber; inserting a collapsible bag within the chamber of the vessel; securing the bag to the retention member so that the bag is supported within the chamber of the vessel; and dispensing a fluid into a compartment of the collapsible bag supported within the chamber of the vessel. The fluid can be mixed within bag while the bag is disposed within the vessel.

Mixing machine
A mixing machine includes a mixing head and at least one connection means for connecting a mixing container containing material to be mixed to said mixing head for forming a closed mixing container. The mixing head, as part of a pivotable assembly, is pivotably mounted with respect to a frame such that the closed mixing container formed from the mixing head and the mixing container can be pivoted relative to the frame for performing the mixing process. The mixing head carries at least one rotationally-driven mixing tool. The mixing head comprises a head plate having a connecting flange molded thereon which is configured as an annular disc and comprises a planar contact surface. At least two ring seals of differing diameters are arranged in said contact surface of the connecting flange at a spacing between each other, such that mixing containers with different connection diameters of their mixing head side can be connected to said mixing head. The at least one connection means is configured for gripping mixing containers which differ in the diameter of their connection sides.
Liquid stirring method
In a liquid stirring method, after a second liquid is discharged into a reaction container accommodating a first liquid from a dispensing probe provided with a dispensing tip at the leading end thereof, a mixture of the first liquid and second liquid in the container is stirred by being sucked out and discharged by the dispensing probe. The number of stirrings through sucking out and discharging is changed according to the total volume of the first liquid and second liquid. If the total volume of the first liquid and second liquid is below a preset threshold, sucking out and discharging is repeated for a prescribed number of times.
Vee Manifold
A manifold having a first side, a second side, a first channel extending from the first side to the second side, and a second channel extending from the first side to the second side is disclosed. The first channel and the second channel each define a linear longitudinal axis. In one embodiment, the first channel longitudinal axis and the second channel longitudinal axis are oblique to the first side and the second side of the manifold. The manifold of the present disclosure provides channels that can be easily cleaned and allow for an increased flow performance.

Fluid mixing systems and methods of use
A fluid mixing system includes a flexible bag having a first end, an opposing second end, and an interior surface bounding a compartment; a retainer coupled to the second end of the flexible bag, the retainer having a retention cavity formed thereon that communicates with the compartment of the flexible bag; and an elongated member having a first end rotatably coupled to the first end of the flexible bag and an opposing second end freely disposed within the retention cavity of the retainer so that the second end of the elongated member can rotate within the retention cavity relative to the retainer.
DISPERSING DEVICE AND DEFOAMING DEVICE
A dispersing device includes: a casing having a liquid inlet; a rotating body accommodated in the casing and pivotably attached to a rotating shaft from one end of the rotating body; a liquid channel having, on the other end of the rotating body, a passage through which the liquid from the liquid inlet passes, and , inside the rotating body, a segment extended radially around the rotating shaft toward an outer side perpendicular to the rotating shaft and from the other end of the rotating body toward the one end of the rotating body in a direction of the rotating shaft axis and in which a cross section shape perpendicular to the rotating shaft is annular; and one connecting hole in the rotating body connecting the liquid channel with the exterior of the rotating body downstream of the liquid channel.
TRANSPORTABLE MIXING SYSTEM FOR BIOLOGICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL MATERIALS
A mixing system includes a container having a support plate and a mixing assembly supported on the support plate. The mixing assembly includes a pliable enclosure containing a fluid and a mixing device. A portion of the mixing device extends from the pliable enclosure and is adapted to be detachably coupled to a drive mechanism. A first plate is detachably secured to the rigid container. The pliable enclosure is disposed between the first plate and the support plate. A mixing arrangement includes a docking station having a drive cradle and a drive mechanism.
