SOLAR-DRIVEN METHANOL REFORMING SYSTEM FOR HYDROGEN PRODUCTION
20230339748 · 2023-10-26 ·

A solar-driven methanol reforming system for hydrogen production includes a water storage tank, high-temperature solar collector tubes, a thermocouple, valves, preheaters, an evaporator, a reactor, a heat exchanger, a mixed solution (methanol and water) storage tank, a gas separator, a pump, a carbon dioxide storage tank, a hydrogen storage tank, and pipes; the present invention utilizes solar energy to provide heat required for hydrogen production by methanol reforming, and stores some heat in a phase change material to supply heat for the methanol reforming reaction when sunlight is weak; the system does not need additional energy supply, thus saving energy consumption from traditional electric heating or fuel heating.

Graphene manufacturing device and graphene manufacturing method using same

A graphene manufacturing device using Joule heating includes: a chamber having a space provided therein so as to synthesize graphene; and a first roller portion and a second roller portion disposed inside the chamber to be spaced from each other such that same support a catalyst metal penetrating the interior of the chamber and are supplied with an electric current for graphene synthesis, thereby Joule-heating the catalyst metal. In order to compensate for a temperature deviation of the catalyst metal passing between the first roller portion and the second roller portion, a first area of the catalyst metal, which is close to the first roller portion, and a second area of the catalyst metal, which is close to the second roller portion, are disposed to have movement paths facing each other.

REVERSE FLOW REACTOR WITH RECUPERATIVE REVERSE-FLOW FEED CYCLE

A reverse flow reactor (RFR) and process having a forward reaction feed cycle, a reverse reaction feed cycle, and a reverse regeneration cycle. The heat convected in the forward feed cycle matches the heat convected in the reverse flow cycles. Compared to an RFR without the reverse feed cycle, the three-cycle RPR substantially reduces the regeneration air flow rate, associated compression requirements, and the overall reactor volume, that are required.

The present disclosure provides a gas injection system that can include a housing configured to hold a plurality of precursor cartridges comprising one or more precursor materials, and a nozzle extending from the housing, the nozzle having a tip configured for insertion into a sample chamber of a material processing apparatus. The precursor cartridges are fluidly connected to the nozzle to selectively deliver one or more precursor gasses to the sample chamber.

Method of fabricating concentric-tube catalytic reactor assembly

A method of fabricating a catalytic reactor assembly having an outer tube and an inner tube is provided. The method may include inserting a catalyst into the outer tube and inserting the inner tube through the catalyst. The method may further include radially expanding the inner tube against the catalyst.

Method for Manufacturing Hydrogen Microbubbles and Device Thereof
20220212922 · 2022-07-07 ·

Disclosed are a method for manufacturing hydrogen microbubbles (A1) and a device (10) thereof. The device comprises air pressure assembly (1) and a water container (2), wherein the water container (2) is loaded with water (A). The air pressure assembly (1) can perform gas suction and pressurization and the gas enters a hydrogen oscillation generation unit (3). The hydrogen oscillation generation unit (3) is internally provided with a magnesium alloy-manufactured hydrogen oscillator (4), and the hydrogen oscillator (4) is reacted with water molecules contained in the gas to obtain magnesium oxide and hydrogen. Then, the chemically reacted gas is sprayed by the hydrogen oscillation generation unit (3) into the water (A) via a gas spray nozzle (5), forming hydrogen microbubbles (A1) containing hydrogen in the water (A).

PIPE CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND PROCESSING APPARATUS
