The crushing mantle (4) has a first central axis (26) and an opening (10) with a clearance width (w) in its top region (12) surrounding the first central axis (26). The apparatus (2) comprises a plate-shaped lifting member (8) having a second central axis (18) and adapted to be attached to the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4), wherein the first central axis (26) coincides with the second central axis (18) when the plate-shaped lifting member (8) is attached to the crushing mantle (4). The plate-shaped lifting member (8) includes at least one attachment member (32) adapted to be attached to a suspension assembly (36), in order to lift the plate-shaped lifting member (8) together with the crushing mantle (4) attached thereto. The plate-shaped lifting member (8) has a first dimension (d1) in a first direction being smaller than the clearance width (w) of the opening (10) in the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4); and the plate-shaped lifting member (8) has a second dimension (d2) in a second direction being larger than the clearance width (w) of the opening (10) in the top region (12) of the crushing mantle (4). The first direction and the second direction run obliquely in respect to each other.
Drive system for operating a crusher and method for operating a crusher
A drive system for driving a crusher of a material crusher plant having a main drive and a power transfer unit driven by the main drive, wherein the power transfer unit drives at least one generator and a first hydraulic pump which is connected to the power transfer unit in a shiftable manner. It is provided that a shiftable fluid coupling is installed in the transmission path from the power transfer unit to the crusher, that the shiftable fluid coupling and a pump are interconnected in a fluid conveying manner in a pump circuit and that a fluid can be supplied to the shiftable fluid coupling by means of the pump. A method of operating such a crusher is also provided.
Method for dissociating different constituents of a heterogeneous artificial material
Disclosed is a method for dissociating different constituents of a heterogeneous artificial material, including the fragmentation of the material in a fragmentation machine by material-bed compression, the machine including at least one vibrator and a system for controlling at least one parameter of the fragmentation force from the speed of rotation of the vibrator and the phase shift angle between at least two vibrators. The control system adjusts a rotation parameter of the vibrators so as to generate a fragmentation force by the machine allowing to at least partially dissociate at least one of the constituents of the material from the other constituents.
Self-aligning seal
A self-aligning dust seal assembly for rock crusher machines and particularly gyratory crusher machines has a dust seal and a seal guide that extends from the dust seal in a cone shape to enable alignment of the dust seal when the main shaft is lowered into position. The dust seal has a body portion that is disc shaped. There is an inner seal surface around the inner perimeter of the dust ring that seals against an inner element of the crusher. The seal guide extends down and outward from a connected portion with the dust seal that is proximal the inner perimeter of the dust seal. The seal guide is cone shaped and extends outward in a convex shape from the connected portion. The cone shape of the seal guide may nest on a corresponding flange that is fixed in the rock crusher machine, for example.
A CRUSHER MANTLE LIFTING DEVICE, AN ARRANGEMENT AND A METHOD
The present disclosure relates to a crusher mantle lifting device. Attachment elements are configured to be attachable to a crusher mantle. Each attachment element includes a main portion having an inner surface facing the mantle and an outer surface. A locking portion projects from the inner surface and is configured to protrude into a corresponding opening in the mantle. One or more lifting portions project from the outer surface. A tightening means is configured to press the attachment elements towards the crusher mantle. The disclosure also relates to an arrangement and a method.
Drive system for operating a crusher and method for operating a crusher
The invention relates to a drive system for driving a crusher of a material crusher plant having a main drive and a power transfer unit driven by the main drive, wherein the power transfer unit drives at least one generator and a first hydraulic pump which is connected to the power transfer unit in a shiftable manner.
The invention further relates to a method for operating such a crusher.
The drive system permits a gentle operation of the crusher at a small number of required components.
Belt-tensioning device
A belt tensioning device for a crusher or a screening machine for tensioning at least one circulating drive belt which is deflected about a belt pulley of a drive and has a load strand and an empty strand. The drive can be driven with a crushing assembly, a screening unit, a generator, or the like of the crusher by the drive belt. The vibrational stress acting on the machine chassis can be significantly reduced in that the belt tensioning device has two tensioning rollers each of which is rotatably mounted on a holder of a tensioning part. One tensioning roller is paired with the empty strand and the other is paired with the load strand. Additionally, the two tensioning parts can be adjusted relative to each other between an open position and a tensioning position, in which the tensioning parts are held against each other at least opposite the tensioning direction. In particular the tensioning parts can be blocked against each other, and the complete closed system can be freely moved linearly using adjustment guides according to the load situation.
Gyratory crusher main shaft and assembly
A gyratory crusher main shaft assembly has a main shaft, an axially upper region of the main shaft including a tapered conical section with a protective sleeve friction fitted over the cone. To facilitate mounting and dismounting of the sleeve, at least one groove is indented within a radially external facing surface of the main shaft at the region of the cone to allow fluid to be introduced under pressure to the region between the sleeve and the cone.
Adjustable super fine crusher
A mill for the comminution of particulate material by impact means including a shell rotating at super critical velocity and a gyrating mandrel. Material introduced to the mill forms a bed on the inner surface of the shell and is then crushed by the impact of the gyrating mandrel. The axis of rotation of the shell is in angularly displaced from the axis of gyration of the mandrel to transport material through the mill.
REDUCED VIBRATION MOBILE MATERIAL PROCESSING PLANT
A mobile cone plant with canted run-on jacks for limited vibration of the chassis without a need for clamping or extremely tight tolerances in telescopic jack parts.
