GRINDING ROLLER AND MILL
A grinding roller is configured so that the fatigue strength of a roller housing can be ensured, and product life can thus be ensured. The grinding roller includes: a roller housing; a roller main body; a pressing plate; a tab hole; and a tab. A line at which fastening stress caused by the pressing plate is concentrated on a base portion of a fixing stopper part of the roller housing and a line at which stress caused by a grinding load received by the roller main body is concentrated on a base portion of the tab hole of the roller housing are disposed in an offset manner so as not to intersect each other.
A WEAR-RESISTANT BODY AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A wear-resistant body for crushing particulate material in the cement or mineral industries includes a body (1) provided with a plurality of highly wear-resistant inserts (3) embedded in complementary recesses (2) provided in the surface region (6) of the body. A ductile attachment part (4) is arranged within each recess (2), the ductile attachment part (4) being deformable by elastic or plastic deformation and the highly wear-resistant insert (3) being secured in the recess (2) by the ductile attachment part (4) after deformation. In some embodiments the ductile attachment part (4) is in the form of a ring or sleeve. A method for producing such a wear-resistant body is also provided.
MILL ROLLER AND PULVERIZER
A mill roller (6) is provided with a roller main body (62) that rotates about an inclined axis line (O2) and has an outer peripheral surface (64) for pulverizing an object to be crushed against the mill table (4). The outer peripheral surface (64) is convex outward in a radial direction of the roller main body (62). The outer peripheral surface (64) has a first outer peripheral surface (641) and a second outer peripheral surface (642). The first outer peripheral surface (641) has an arcuate shape formed to have the same radius of curvature on both sides of a maximum outer diameter point (A). The second outer peripheral surface (642) is further receded inward in the radial direction than an imaginary circle running along the first outer peripheral surface (641).
MILL
A mill including a mill body including a feeding pipe and a discharging pipe; a motor; and a vessel including a feeding port, a discharging port, and a supporting base. The vessel is disposed outside the mill body, and a sealing space is formed between the vessel and the mill body. The feeding port is disposed on the outer wall of the upper part of the vessel and is in a seal-tight connection with the feeding pipe of the mill body through a soft feeding joint, and the discharging port is disposed on the outer wall of the lower part of the vessel and is in seal-tight connection with the discharging pipe of the mill body through a soft discharging joint. The supporting base is disposed at the bottom of the vessel, and the mill body is installed on the supporting base via a cushion pad.
ENCLOSURES FOR VERTICAL PULVERIZER SYSTEMS
Enclosures for vertical pulverizer systems are disclosed. The enclosure may include a vertically oriented cylindrical body forming an internal cavity. The enclosure may also include a cover positioned above the cylindrical body. The cover may have a curved surface. Additionally, the enclosure may include an inlet channel formed through the cover, where the inlet channel may be in fluid communication with the internal cavity of the cylindrical body, and an outlet channel formed through the cover, adjacent the inlet channel. Furthermore, the enclosure may include a base component positioned within the internal cavity of the cylindrical body, opposite the cover, the base component having a curved surface, a journal opening formed through the cylindrical body between the cover and the base component, and a journal opening cover coupled to the cylindrical body. The journal opening cover may cover the journal opening.
Roller mill and method for milling material to be milled by means of a roller mill
The roller mill according to the invention is composed essentially of at least two grinding rollers which interact with a grinding plate for comminuting material to be ground, wherein the at least two grinding rollers or the grinding plate and at least one grinding roller are each assigned a separate drive train for driving same, wherein each drive train has a main motor and a main gear mechanism. At least one drive train additionally comprises a superimposition gear mechanism with a regulating drive, wherein an open-loop and closed-loop control device which is connected to the at least one regulating drive is provided, said open-loop and closed-loop control device regulating the power of the separate drive trains with respect to one another by means of the at least one regulating drive.
Enhanced Retractable Flow Discharge Extension
An enhanced retractable flow discharge extension is configured for use in a coal pulverizer having a classifier system including a feedpipe to deliver from above raw coal to a pulverizing structure and a classifier cone positioned around the feedpipe to collect oversized coal for the pulverizing structure. The enhanced retractable flow discharge extension is configured to deliver oversized coal to the pulverizing structure and has a conical extension portion having an inlet end configured to be contiguous with the classifier cone outlet, a fixed cylindrical portion having an upper end contiguous with an outlet end of the conical extension portion, a movable cylindrical portion having a circumference larger than a circumference of the fixed cylindrical portion, the movable cylindrical portion being movably attached to the fixed cylindrical portion, and a distal portion movably attached to the movable cylindrical portion, the distal portion having a straight portion and a tapered portion.
Planetary roller mill for processing high moisture feed material
A planetary roller mill for processing a feed material includes a vessel with a grinding ring having an opening and a first area. The grinding ring is in sealing engagement with an inside surface of the vessel. At least two non-circular support plates are secured to a rotatable shaft. Each plate has an axially facing surface. A plurality of rollers are rotatably mounted to and positioned between the two support plates. Each of the plurality of rollers are in grinding communication with the grinding surface. The planetary roller mill includes an air supply system having an outlet in communication with the opening in the grinding ring. Areas of the two support plates are of magnitudes configuring a flow area through the opening of at least 30 percent of the first area to provide a predetermined quantity of heated air to remove moisture from the feed material in the mill.
Drive control method and control device which operates according to the method
A method and a device for controlling the drive of a vertical mill having a grinding plate rotatable about the vertical axis are disclosed. The grinding plate can be driven by an electric motor and a drivetrain with a gearbox. An actual rotational speed and a drivetrain torque with respect to the drivetrain are detected and are fed to a control device together with a specified target rotational speed. The control device generates an output signal for a target torque based on the actual rotational speed and the target rotational speed and based on the drivetrain torque such that the resulting target torque is reduced or increased in the same direction as a torque resulting from the milling process.
CLASSIFIER ARRANGEMENT FOR A VERTICAL ROLLER MILL
The invention relates to a classifier arrangement for a vertical roller mill having at least two classifiers. Each classifier has an active rotor which is rotatable about an axis of rotation. The axis of rotation is aligned at least at an angle of 50 to the vertical. The invention is characterized in that around each classifier a guide vane arrangement is provided at least partially surrounding the said classifier and having at least one guide vane. The guide vane has an open profile towards the axis of rotation. Furthermore, the invention relates to a vertical roller mill having a classifier arrangement according to the invention.
