Material processing system
A material processing system for processing and separating material, such as gold or rocks of desired shape and size, from undesired materials. The material processing system generally includes a base, a table rotationally coupled to the base, a drive assembly coupled to the base by a height-adjustment mechanism, and one or more wheels, such as large pneumatic wheels mounted on the drive assembly and positionable so that a portion of the outer surface of the wheels contacts the table. The table may be rotationally coupled to the base by a bearing, and may further be coupled to the bearing by a table support. Material fed onto the table may be crushed beneath the wheels or carried over a plurality of annular grooves as the table rotates, driven by one or more wheels or directly by a motor.

Classifier and method for separating particles
A classifier for separating particles is provided. The classifier includes a rotor having a direction of rotation defined by a rotational axis of the rotor, and a plurality of blades disposed on the rotor around the rotational axis. At least one blade of the plurality has a swept orientation in the direction of rotation. The at least one blade is arranged to contact and direct the particles away from the classifier and thereby restrict the particles from concentrating in areas adjacent to the classifier.
Vertical roller mill
A vertical roller mill provided with a cyclone-type fixed separator that separates fine powder and allows the separated powder to flow out to the outside, the cyclone-type fixed separator being provided inside a housing, wherein the fixed separator is configured so that a solid-gas two-phase flow is introduced from a fixed blade inlet window opening on a cone into the inside and the solid-gas two-phase flow is swirled using a fixed blade attached in the inside vicinity of the fixed blade inlet window, whereby the fine powder flows out to the outside from a pulverized coal outlet in an upper portion of the vertical roller mill through the lower end side of an inner cylinder provided inside the cone, a surface layer in which the rebound coefficient of collided particles is higher than in an iron plate surface being formed in the outer surface of the inner cylinder.

A vertical roller mill provided with a cyclone-type fixed separator that separates fine powder and allows the separated powder to flow out to the outside, the cyclone-type fixed separator being provided inside a housing, wherein the fixed separator is configured so that a solid-gas two-phase flow is introduced from a fixed blade inlet window opening on a cone into the inside and the solid-gas two-phase flow is swirled using a fixed blade attached in the inside vicinity of the fixed blade inlet window, whereby the fine powder flows out to the outside from a pulverized coal outlet in an upper portion of the vertical roller mill through the lower end side of an inner cylinder provided inside the cone, a surface layer in which the rebound coefficient of collided particles is higher than in an iron plate surface being formed in the outer surface of the inner cylinder.
Vertical roller mill
Provided is a vertical roller mill equipped with a rotary classifier for causing a plurality of classification blades provided above a rotary table and positioned around an axis to rotate about the axis, wherein: of a solid fuel pulverized by a roller, the rotary classifier guides solid fuel fine powder from an outer-circumferential-side space to an inner-circumferential-side space surrounded by the plurality of classification blades, and suppresses, by collision with the plurality of classification blades, an intrusion of solid fuel coarse powder into the inner-circumferential-side space; and each of the plurality of classification blades is shaped in a manner such that there is no interference between a scattering direction in which the coarse powder that collided with the classification blades scatters and an intake direction in which the fine powder is guided to the inner-circumferential-side space, and the scattering direction is oriented upward relative to a horizontal direction.

A variable orifice for a pulverized coal pipe of a pulverizer includes a pipe body connected to and installed on a pipeline of the pulverized coal pipe for supplying a pulverized coal from the pulverizer to a boiler and including a diameter expansion portion having a diameter expanded more than a diameter of the pulverized coal pipe; an opening and closing portion installed inside the diameter expansion portion of the pipe body; a rotation actuating portion configured to rotate the inner opening and closing plate and the outer opening and closing plate in mutually different directions; and an opening and closing plate protection member coupled to an inner circumferential surface of each of the inner opening and closing plate and the outer opening and closing plate.
Method and air-swept vertical mill for grinding hot, wet raw material and also channel-like segment
The invention relates to a method for milling hot and wet raw materials, in particular cement clinker, in a vertical airflow mill (1), to a vertical airflow mill (1), to a device (10) for supplying cooling gas, and to corresponding channel-like segments (20). The device (10) for supplying cooling gas is configured in an annular manner about the entire circumference of the vertical airflow mill (1). Inlet (21) and outlet openings (24) for the cooling gas have an adapted surface which allows an equalization of the inflow cooling air into an increasing airflow/milling particle mixture.

Vertical mill gearbox
A vertical mill gearbox includes a drive shaft mounted in a casing for rotation about a rotation axis, and an intermediate shaft configured as a hollow shaft and mounted in the casing for rotation about a vertical second rotation axis. The intermediate shaft has a bevel gear meshing with a bevel-gear pinion of the drive shaft. A torsion shaft is received in fixed rotative engagement with the intermediate shaft and sized to extend beyond the intermediate shaft to define a projecting section to which a sun gear rotatably driven via the intermediate shaft is fixed. A planet carrier is mounted in the casing for rotation about the second rotation axis and rotatably supports an internal gear having an internal tooth system. Mounted to the planet carrier is a rotatable planet gear which meshes with the sun gear and with the internal tooth system of the internal gear.
