FOOD WASTE DISPOSER WITH GRATING RING
Grinding mechanisms for food waste disposers, and food waste disposers having grinding mechanisms are disclosed herein. The grinding mechanisms include a stationary grinding ring that includes a plurality of grater teeth, and a rotating shredder plate that includes at least one lug. The at least one lug may have at least a portion that is movable with respect to the top surface of the rotating shredder plate, or may be fin shaped.
Crushing apparatus for crushing matertal to be crushed
The invention relates to a crushing apparatus (1) for crushing material to be crushed, especially for use in the field of recycling and waste processing, with at least one crushing roller (2) that can rotate about an axis of rotation (3), at least one drive device (4) for driving the crushing roller (2), and a frame (5) for supporting and mounting the crushing roller (2) and the drive device (4). According to the invention, it is provided that the crushing roller (2) and the drive device (4) form a common assembly connected to at least one damping device (16), which is frictionally and/or elastically mounted in or on the frame (5).
Waste disposer with embedded sprinkler assembly
The present invention relates to the field of food waste disposers, and, more particularly, to food waste disposers with embedded sprinkler assemblies.
System and method for infusion and desiccation of foodstuffs
A food recycler can include a case having a case volume between 8.79 liters and 35 liters, a control system, a user interface in electrical communication with the control system, and a bucket being configured with a bucket volume, wherein a ratio of the bucket volume to the case volume is between 0.0717 and 0.2857. The recycler can include a motor in communication with the control system, the motor being configured adjacent at least in part to the bucket, a gearbox configured below the bucket and in mechanical communication with the motor, a filter system and a drying component configured to remove water from waste food items.
Screen diverter and dual comminutor with continual operation
A system for comminuting solid waste material including a casing defining a comminution chamber having two side walls and adapted for connection in a solid waste disposal channel. The system includes a first shredding device and a second shredding device disposed along a line extending perpendicular to a flow direction in the channel to form a pair of interactive shredding members. A rotating screening drum disposed within the casing upstream of the first and second shredding devices and positioned between the first and second shredding devices, the rotating screening drum configured to permit fluid to pass therethrough and to move solids toward one of the shredding devices. The rotating screening drum is configured to rotate clockwise and counter clockwise to alternately distribute solids captured thereon to one of the first and second shredding devices.
METHOD FOR TREATING WASTE ELECTRONIC SUBSTRATE
A method for treating waste printed circuit board includes carbonizing waste printed circuit board together with a calcium compound at 400° C. to 600° C. in a non-oxidizing atmosphere to fix a halogen contained in the board as calcium halide and to melt a solder of the board to allow mounted parts to be easily separated from the board, performing crushing after the carbonizing, and sieving crushed materials into fine particles of less than 0.5 mm containing the calcium compounds, medium particles containing the mounted parts, and coarse particles containing board pieces such that the crushed materials are sorted into the calcium compounds, the mounted parts, and the board pieces.
DISPOSER
A disposer includes: a housing with an inlet portion in an upper part thereof through which kitchen waste is thrown in, and an outlet portion on a lower lateral face thereof through which the kitchen waste is discharged together with water; a rotating plate provided in a rotatable manner to separate an inner space of the housing into a pulverization chamber positioned on a side of the inlet portion, and a discharging chamber positioned on a side of the outlet portion; a hammer on the rotating plate; and an annular fixed blade that is provided on an inner lateral face of the housing to surround the rotating plate with an interval, and pulverizes the kitchen waste in cooperation with the hammer, in which a visor portion that regulates communication in a vertical direction toward a gap between the rotating plate and the fixed blade is formed above the outlet portion.
Food waste recycling appliance
A food recycler can include a housing defining an interior and an access opening to the interior. A mixing bin can be located within the interior and can have an inlet and an outlet. The food recycler can further include an output bin, the output bin having an inlet. The outlet of the mixing bin can couple or connect to the inlet of the output bin.
SHREDDER ADAPTER FOR A MASON JAR
An adapter has a body cylindrical on one end and having a shape of a regular polygon on the opposite end, with an outer diameter, a height, and a central axis, a first counter-bore concentric with the outer diameter on the cylindrical end, the first counter-bore having an internal thread compatible with a thread on a neck of a conventional Mason jar, and ending at a horizontal shoulder, a second counter-bore from the end having the polygonal shape to a depth, ending in a second horizontal shoulder, the second counter-bore having an o-ring groove implemented on an inner diameter of the counter-bore, and a through bore concentric with the central axis passing through the adapter and providing a common inner diameter through the first and the second horizontal shoulders.
