The present invention relates to a vortex spray type steam head device, which includes: a nozzle member having a cylindrical shape, and receiving and spraying steam to the outside; a rotary body rotatably coupled to an upper portion of the nozzle member, having a receiving groove having a predetermined depth on an upper portion thereof, and having a through-hole longitudinally formed through a center portion; a ring-shaped support body inserted in the receiving groove and supporting the rotary body; a fixing bolt fixing the rotary body to the nozzle member with the support body inserted in the receiving groove; and a cover member having an open top, having a receiving space therein, and receiving the nozzle member, the rotary body, the support body, and the fixing bolt therein.

NOISE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

Disclosed is a noise suppressor for use inside a nozzle and adjacent a nozzle liner. The suppressor can include an inlet with a cross-sectional area larger than that of the nozzle liner outlet. The suppressor can also have an entrance length with a diverging cross-sectional area, and an exit length extending from the entrance length. By incorporating this geometry, the noise suppressor reduces noise and improves performance of the apparatus in which the suppressor is used.

A compressed air introduction part (5) capable of introducing compressed air into an air passage (2a) of a cylinder body (2) is provided. The compressed air introduction part (5) has a compressed air exit port (5a) formed in the shape of a ring that extends circumferentially about a cylinder-center axis (C1) of the cylinder body (2). An annular protuberance surface portion (30) is formed on an inner circumferential surface forming the air passage (2a) on an air blowout port (2c) side of the compressed air exit port (5a), and a protuberance surface (30a) of the annular protuberance surface portion (30) is shaped so as to extend from a peripheral edge portion of the air blowout port (2c) side of the compressed air exit port (5a) along the radial direction of the cylinder body (2) and to then gradually curve and extend toward the air blowout port (2c) side.

Intranasal device with dip tube

A device for delivering a compound to the olfactory region of the nasal cavity includes an actuator body and a tip configured to removably couple to the actuator body. The actuator body comprises a propellant channel in fluid communication with a propellant canister. The tip comprises a tip stem, a dip tube, a delivery channel, one or more puncture members, and an outlet orifice. The tip stem receives a compound container containing the compound and the compound container moves between a sealed state and an unsealed state. The one or more puncture members are each configured to puncture the compound container when the compound container is in the unsealed state. Propellant released from the canister travels through the propellant channel and into the punctured compound container, thereby contacting the compound and propelling the compound through the delivery channel and out the outlet orifice.

A fluid dispenser with a fluid pump for dispensing fluid on movement of an actuator, and an air pump for delivering a stream of air through at least one sound generator on movement of the actuator. The sound generator produces at least two sounds as the actuator is moved from a first position to a second position, with each sound produced in a different time period during a cycle of operation, or differing from the other sound in respect of one or more detectable sound characteristics, such as duration, frequency, temporal alignment, amplitude, and/or timbre. The time period of each sound is a function of the relative location of the actuator between the first and second positions.

Sensor apparatus with cleaning

A sensor apparatus includes a sensor window; a first nozzle adjacent to the sensor window and oriented to blow across the sensor window, the first nozzle positioned below the sensor window and in a first horizontal direction away from the sensor window, the first nozzle being slot-shaped with a first length and a first thickness; and a second nozzle adjacent to the first nozzle and oriented to blow across the sensor window, the second nozzle positioned below the sensor window and in the first horizontal direction away from the sensor window, the second nozzle being slot-shaped with a second length and a second thickness. The second nozzle is farther from the sensor window in the first horizontal direction than the first nozzle, and the first length of the first nozzle is greater than the second length of the second nozzle.

SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR GAS DISTRIBUTION

A gas distribution system having a first plurality of apertures to supply a gas source to a reaction chamber and a second plurality of apertures surrounding the first plurality of apertures and configured to remove the gas from the reaction chamber. In one embodiment, the second plurality of apertures may gradually increase in diameter as the distance from a main exhaust channel increases. Alternatively, or in addition, the angle spacing between adjacent apertures may gradually decrease as the distance from the main exhaust channel increases.
