REPULPABLE AND RECYCLABLE COMPOSITE PACKAGING ARTICLES AND RELATED METHODS
20250066575 · 2025-02-27 ·

A reusable, fiber containing pulp product is described that is highly suited for use in the manufacture of paper products. The reusable, fiber containing pulp product provides a mixture of fibers and small, dense polymer/particle fragments. The polymer/particle fragments within the reusable, fiber containing pulp product have a size range and density that facilitates efficient removal of the polymer/particle fragments using pressure screens.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL WATER-BORNE HIGH SOLIDS TILE PAINT

Described herein is a coated building panel that comprises a side surface that is textured and exhibits a white and/or color. The building panel comprising an upper surface opposite a lower surface and a side surface extending between the upper surface and the lower surface, a coating applied to the side surface, the coating comprising an inorganic particle having a disk shape and an ionic dispersant comprising an ionic group that are present on a repeating unit and the ionic dispersant comprising at least two of the repeating units.

Method and system for forming a packaging material

A method for forming a resultant material. The method can include obtaining a base material including a fibrous material with a plurality of fiber portions extending from a face of the base material. The method further can include treating at least the face of the base material, the treating at least the face including applying heat along at least a portion of the face with a treatment unit to at least partially remove the plurality of fiber portions extending from the face.

METHOD OF MAKING A COMPOSITION WITH A FILM-COATED POROUS MATERIAL

The present invention relates to a method of making a composition comprising a film-coated porous material and the corresponding composition. The invention further relates to the use of this product in cosmetic skin treatment and treatment of stagnating wounds, split skin graft and ulcers.

Method of coating a substrate by electron beam curing

Method of coating a substrate comprising the steps of: i) applying to the substrate a radiation curable aqueous composition comprising a dispersed polymeric binder, ii) thermally drying the aqueous coating composition and iii) electron beam curing the coating composition, the method being characterized by the fact that the aqueous coating composition is a physically drying, film-forming aqueous composition and that the curing is performed in air atmosphere.

Non-perforated artificial turf with porous backing and methods of manufacture thereof

A method for manufacturing a synthetic non-perforated drainable material is disclosed herein. Generally, the method includes injecting a coating material with air, applying the air-injected coating material to the first side of the material, and curing the air-injected material such that it adheres. Once cured, the material has a highly efficient drainage rate that remains consistent throughout the life of the material.

COATING PROCESS FOR ENGINEERED-WOOD BOARDS, PLANKS, PANELS OR PICKETS
20260014586 · 2026-01-15 ·

An apparatus and method of applying a finish or paint coating in a prefinishing or finishing line to a siding piece, board, plank, panel, or fencing panel or picket that provides a two-tone paint effect on a face thereof or that disguises the screen-back texture of the engineered wood substrate. After paint or similar coating is applied (such as by one or more spray nozzles) to a face to a fence picket or fencing product or component, the fence picket passes under a roller, brush, or roller brush or similar paint applicator while the paint is still wet. The roller/brush removes some of the paint and applies an angled pattern to the face, which disguises the screen-back texture of the substrate. Alternatively, a paint redistribution apparatus is used to move and/or remove a portion of the topcoat of paint to allow portions of a basecoat to be seen.

SHEET EMBELLISHING SYSTEM AND METHOD
20260054953 · 2026-02-26 · ·

A sheet embellishing system performs embellishment on a sheet while conveying the sheet. The sheet embellishing system includes a varnish-applying unit that applies varnish having ultraviolet (UV) curability onto the sheet, a UV irradiation unit that irradiates the varnish on the sheet by UV rays, and a control device. The control device acquires, from a storage unit that stores adhesivity-related information that is information relating to adhesivity between the varnish on the sheet and a transfer material that is to be transferred into the varnish on the sheet, and a value regarding a control item of the sheet embellishing system, in a correlated manner, a value of the control item of which the adhesivity-related information corresponds to the adhesivity-related information of a current job, and executes predetermined processing using the value of the control item that is acquired.

Steel sheet and production method therefor

A lubricating film-coated steel sheet has at least one surface on which an organic resin film is formed. The organic resin film contains an acrylic resin having a glass transition point (Tg) of 100 C. or higher and an acid value ratio R=acid value (mg-KOH/g)/Tg ( C.) of 1.50 or more, and 5 mass % or more of a polyolefin wax having a melting point of 100 C. or higher and 145 C. or lower and an average particle diameter of 3.0 m or less, and is formed on a surface of a steel sheet at a coating weight, W, of 0.3 g/m.sup.2 or more and 2.5 g/m.sup.2 or less per surface.
