A fluorine-containing polymer having repeating units derived from (a) a fluorine-containing monomer, (b) a fluorine-free non-crosslinkable monomer, and (c) a fluorine-free crosslinkable monomer. The fluorine-containing monomer (a) is a compound represented by formula: CH.sub.2═C(-X)—C(═O)—Y—Z—Rf . . . (a-I), wherein X is a hydrogen atom, a monovalent organic group or a halogen atom, Y is —O— or —NH—, Z is a direct bond or a divalent organic group, and Rf is a fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms. The fluorine-free non-crosslinkable monomer (b) includes (b1) a cyclic hydrocarbon group-containing monomer and (b2) a low Tg monomer, a homopolymer of which has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of lower than 0° C. Also disclosed is a coating composition including the fluorine-containing polymer and a liquid medium, a method for producing a coated article which includes coating an article with the coating composition and a coated article.
AQUEOUS PRIMER COATING
The present invention relates to novel coatings which are applied from an aqueous phase to substrates such as plastics, and which are overlaid with other coatings. These coatings are characterized by particularly good adhesive strength, in particular on plastics, and are thus particularly commercial.
Rubber blade and method for making the same
The present application discloses a method for making a rubber blade. The method includes applying a first coating composition and a second coating composition in separate steps on at least a part of a surface of a polyurethane elastic substrate; and solidifying the first coating composition and the second coating composition by ultraviolet light irradiating to form a hardened layer on the surface of the polyurethane elastic substrate. The first coating composition includes an isocyanate-group-terminated polyisocyanate and a first solvent. The second coating composition includes a first monomer, a photoinitiator, and a second solvent. The first monomer is at least one of an acrylate monomer and a methacrylate monomer each having an reactive hydroxyl group. The isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate is reacted with the reactive hydroxyl group of the first monomer to generate a urethane group to form a polyurethane acrylate. The present application also discloses a rubber blade.
Method of preparing thermoplastic polyurethane membrane with high adhesion and high elasticity
A method of preparing a thermoplastic polyurethane membrane with high adhesion and high elasticity includes the following steps: (a) preparing a modifying solution, wherein the modifying solution is one or a mixture of at least two of diethylenetriamine, diethylaminopropylamine, and diaminodiphenylmethane; (b) preparing a semi-finished product by applying the modifying solution on at least one surface of a thermoplastic polyurethane membrane; and (c) subjecting the semi-finished product to a temperature of 50° C.˜180° C. in order for the semi-finished product to undergo a reaction and thus form the thermoplastic polyurethane membrane with high adhesion and high elasticity.
