METHOD OF SELECTIVELY REMOVING ALUMINUM FROM WASTE ELECTRODE AND A METHOD OF REMOVING METAL COMPONENTS FROM THE WASTE ELECTRODE USING THE METHOD
A method of removing aluminum from a waste electrode. The method includes comminuting the waste electrode containing a waste current collector and an electrode active material. The method further includes screening the comminuted waste electrode to collect the electrode active material. The method further includes mixing the electrode active material and an alkaline solution to remove aluminum impurities in the electrode active material.
Material processing plant
A mobile recycling plant with a single diesel engine to power the crusher intermittently and the generator continuously, with a return conveyor discharge chute 502 that is automatically stowed by merely folding the top portion of the return conveyor, with an automatic retraction of the return conveyor 130 by merely lower the screening machine, with a dual screen dual angle screening machine, and with a system for deploying a ferrous metal removal system 160.
MOBILE CLASSIFYING OR SCREENING DEVICE
A mobile classifying or screening device, including frame for a classifying apparatus arranged on a chassis. The classifying apparatus has at least one screening surface for separating a fed screening material into at least two screened fractions. The frame includes two lateral frame parts which are formed of longitudinal bars running in the longitudinal direction, which are connected by webs running transversely to the longitudinal bars and which include a topmost longitudinal bar and a bottommost longitudinal bar. At least two transverse bars running in the the transverse direction, which interconnect the two lateral frame parts in the region of the respective bottommost longitudinal bars of the two lateral frame parts. The classifying apparatus is mounted on longitudinal bars and is adjacent to a storing and metering unit in the form of a trough-shaped feed channel having a substantially horizontal direction of discharge onto the screening surface.
Aggregate dewatering device and method
A dewatering device for aggregate product can be used to retro-fit existing aggregate product dewatering facilities in order to more efficiently capture product. The dewatering device can be movable to allow for the portability of the device relative to existing dewatering facilities. The device is adapted to receive a slurry of aggregate product and water and to vibrate to dry the aggregate product. A recycle system is included to receive any fines that may otherwise be lost by the system. The recycle system captures the fines and redirects them back towards the vibrating process of the vibrating device to direct them towards an exit of the vibrating device in order to use said fines as well as the other dewatered aggregate product. The portability of the device allows the device to be used with the existing facilities without the need to completely replace existing components for dewatering aggregate product.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING CONTAMINATED PARTICULATE MATERIAL
A method of treating and grading contaminated particulate material includes i. physically breaking up the particulate material to separate the particles thereof; ii. rinsing and grading the particulate material to separate the particulate material into an oversize fraction and an undersize fraction; iii. washing and grading the oversize fraction to produce one or more treated aggregate products; iv. passing the undersize fraction through a high shear washing process to separate contaminants therefrom; v. fluidising and cleaning the undersize fraction in a classification tank to produce one or more treated sand products at an underflow thereof by passing clean water upwardly into the classification tank. Optionally, waste water resulting from stages (ii), (iii) and (iv) is treated to form process water, a portion of which is used in stage (ii), a portion of the process water undergoing one or more further treatment processes to produce clean water used in stage (v).
STEAM CRACKING PROCESS COMPRISING A SEPARATION STEP AND DIFFERENTIAL TREATMENT OF THE OBTAINED PARTICLES ACCORDING TO A THRESHOLD VALUE
The disclosure relates to the field of solid biofuels obtained by steam cracking. More particularly, the disclosure relates to a process for the treatment of lignocellulosic biomass by steam cracking in which the obtained powder is treated in order to separate the particles into two categories according to a threshold value, and each category is treated differently.
System and Method for Preparing Hemp for Rolling Hemp Cigarettes
A system and method for preparing hemp for rolling hemp cigarettes may trim bucked hemp including dried and cured leaves and flowers of hemp plants to generate trimmed hemp, kief the trimmed hemp to generate kiefed hemp, filter the kiefed hemp to generate rolling hemp, and provide the rolling hemp for rolling hemp cigarettes.
Vibration tables for sorting agricultural products
Tables for sorting agricultural producta. The tables include legs, a deck, and a vibration generator. The deck is supported on the legs. The deck includes a loading end, a terminal end, and a grate. The terminal end is opposite the loading end. The grate extends between the loading end and the terminal end and defines the grate openings. The vibration generator is mounted to the deck and configured to vibrate the deck. The grate supports agricultural products that are larger than the grate openings. Agricultural products that are smaller than the grate openings pass through the grate. The vibration generator vibrating the deck causes the agricultural products to move across the deck over the grate.
Mobile aggregate crushing system and method
A compact modular mobile aggregate processing system configured with no stand-alone inter-plant conveyors for decreasing the footprint of the system and an infinitely adjustable flow diverter(s) for increasing the control of and variation of output characteristics of the system; the system further including specialized folding conveyors.
AGGREGATE WASHING SYSTEMS, METHODS AND APPARATUS
Aggregate washing systems are described including mechanisms for slurrying, washing and/or dewatering aggregate material.
