A cleaning tool includes: a head including: a pressing part that presses a cleaning element against an object to be cleaned in a pressing direction, and having a first dimension in a width direction orthogonal to the pressing direction; and a neck part having a second dimension smaller than the first dimension in the width direction; and a housing that houses the head such that the pressing part and the neck part protrude from the housing in the pressing direction. A length of the housing in the width direction is equal to or greater than a length of protrusion of the pressing part protruding from the housing in the pressing direction.

A first cleaner cleans an upper surface of a substrate by scanning above the substrate to pass through a first point in an outer edge of the substrate in a plan view. A second cleaner cleans an outer peripheral end of the substrate by coming into contact with a second point in the outer edge of the substrate in a plan view. A virtual first straight line passing through the first point and the second point and a virtual second straight line passing through a center of the substrate and is parallel to the first straight line are defined. A third cleaner is arranged below the substrate and opposite to the first cleaner and the second cleaner with the second straight line located between the third cleaner, and the first cleaner and the second cleaner, and cleans a lower surface of the substrate.

A substrate is held in a horizontal attitude by a substrate holder. At a processing position, a lower surface of the substrate held by the substrate holder is cleaned by a lower-surface brush. The lower-surface brush is cleaned by a brush cleaner at a waiting position that overlaps with the substrate held by the substrate holder in an up-and-down direction and is below a processing position. The jig 100 for attaching and detaching a cleaning member 60 includes a pair of jig bodies 110 capable of clamping two ends 63 of a holder 62 of the cleaning member 60, and a connecting mechanism 120 that interlocks the movements of the pair of jig bodies 110 between a clamped state in which two ends 63 of the holder 62 are clamped and a non-clamped state in which the clamped state is released.

The cleaning device for an aerosol-generating device comprises a cleaning tool having a first cleaning head and a second cleaning head, wherein the first cleaning head and the second cleaning head are arranged back-to-back with each other and wherein the clean-ing heads of the cleaning tool have an identical structural form.

The cleaning tool is configured to move from the first configuration to a second, expanded configuration, after engagement by the handler such that the cleaning tool is in the second configuration when used for cleaning the portion of the lithography apparatus. There may also be a container configured to hold the cleaning tool in the first configuration and fit into the lithography apparatus. In that case, the cleaning tool is configured to be inserted into the lithography apparatus in the container, moved from the container by the handler for the cleaning, and returned to the container by the handler after the cleaning.

A pig cleaning and transportation system is disclosed. Exemplary implementations include a platform with a plurality of apertures; a plurality of securing mechanisms, each mechanism within each aperture and configured to hold a pig and allow it to rotate around its longitudinal axis; a base underneath the platform; and a cleaning element connected to the base and positioned on each longitudinal side of the platform in pressure contact with the pigs on the plurality of securing mechanisms, each cleaning element including at least one cleaning material surface.

A device for aiding in cleaning a corrugated surface includes a container and a plurality of teeth is disclosed. The container includes a bottom portion, an upper portion, and a pair of opposing side walls defining an opening configured to receive materials therein. The bottom portion includes a plurality of slot. Each of the plurality of teeth are coupled to and extend from first ends of corresponding ones of the plurality of slots and are configured to be at least partially disposed within corresponding grooves of the corrugated surface to aid in causing materials to be received within the opening of the container.
