Ubiquitous optical cleaning apparatus
A device for cleaning an optical communication device includes a hollow outer stem, an inner stem core, a locking handle, a flexible base, at least one ring seal, and a flexible cover. The inner stem core, fits within a length of the hollow outer stem and is slidable along the length of the hollow outer stem. The locking handle is coupled to a top end of the inner stem core, and is movable between a released position and a locked position, where moving the locking handle to the locked position from the released position slides the inner stem core within the hollow outer stem. The flexible base is coupled to a bottom end of the hollow outer stem, and is transformable between a contracted position when the locking handle is in the released position and an expanded position when the locking handle is in the locked position. The at least one ring seal is coupled to the flexible base. The flexible cover is wrapped around the flexible base and the at least one ring seal.

Substrate processing apparatus
A substrate processing apparatus includes a chamber, a substrate holding part, a substrate rotating mechanism, and a processing liquid supply part. The chamber includes a chamber body and a chamber cover, and the chamber cover is moved up and down by a chamber opening and closing mechanism. A top plate is attached to the chamber cover. While the chamber cover is in contact with the chamber body, a sealed space is formed and processing is performed. When the chamber cover is moved up, an annular opening is formed between the chamber cover and the chamber body. A cup part is positioned outside the annular opening. A processing liquid spattering from a substrate is received by the cup part.

DUAL END OPTICAL CLEANING DEVICE
Embodiments are directed to a dual end optical cleaning device. The dual end optical cleaning device includes a housing and first and second optical cleaning tools that are held in opposing directions in the housing. That is, the housing holds the first and second optical cleaning tools such that ends of the first and second optical cleaning tools are facing opposite directions of each other. The ends of the first and second optical cleaning tools are configured to clean optical fibers being held by different end pieces. In at least one embodiment, an end of the first optical cleaning tool is configured to couple to a connector holding an optical fiber, such as patch cord, while the second end of the second optical cleaning tool is configured to be inserted into a port of an electronic device or system, such as a patch panel port.

System and method of cleaning a conveyor belt
A cleaning apparatus is disclosed. The cleaning apparatus includes a roller system including a drive roller and one or more guide rollers configured to receive an elongated article to be cleaned. Each guide roller and the drive roller form a serpentine path for the article. The cleaning apparatus further includes a frame for supporting each guide roller and the drive roller; and a fluid delivery system for directing fluid at top and bottom faces of the article. The fluid delivery system includes one or more conduits. Each conduit is in fluid communication with a plurality of nozzles to direct fluid to the top and the bottom faces of the article. The cleaning apparatus further includes an actuator to linearly displace at least one of conduits back and forth during operation. The drive roller may be a sprocket for engaging and transporting the article. The article may be a conveyor belt.
