EMULSION FLOW OPTIMIZATION METHOD FOR SUPPRESING VIBRATION OF COLD CONTINUOUS ROLLING MILL
An emulsion flow optimization method suitable for a cold continuous rolling mill that aims to achieve vibration suppression. Said method aims to suppress vibrations, and by means of an oil film thickness model and a friction coefficient model, an optimum set value of the emulsion flow rate for each rolling stand that aims to achieve vibration suppression is optimized on the basis of an over-lubrication film thickness critical value and an under-lubrication film thickness critical value that are proposed. The described method greatly reduces the incidence of rolling mill vibration defects, improves production efficiency and product quality, treats rolling mill vibration defects, and improves the surface quality and rolling process stability of a finished strip of a cold continuous rolling mill.
STRIP FLATNESS PREDICTION METHOD CONSIDERING LATERAL SPREAD DURING ROLLING
The present disclosure provides a strip flatness prediction method considering lateral spread during rolling. The method includes: step 1: acquiring strip parameters, roll parameters and rolling process parameters; step 2: introducing a change factor of a lateral thickness difference before and after rolling and a lateral spread factor by considering lateral metal flow, and constructing a strip flatness prediction model based on the coupling of flatness, crown and lateral spread; step 3: constructing a three-dimensional (3D) finite element model (FEM) of a rolling mill and a strip, simulating strip rolling by the 3D FEM, extracting lateral displacement and thickness data of the strip during a stable rolling stage, calculating parameters of the strip flatness prediction model based on the coupling of flatness, crown and lateral spread; and step 4: predicting the flatness of the strip by the strip flatness prediction model based on the coupling of flatness, crown and lateral spread.
REGULATING A ROLLING PROCESS
The invention relates to a method and a regulating device for regulating a rolling process, wherein a rolling material is rolled in a rolling gap between two working rollers of a rolling stand. According to the invention, a desired forward slip value (f.sub.s) for a forward slip (f) of the rolling material is specified, and an actual forward slip value (f.sub.M) of the forward slip (f) of the rolling material is ascertained. The forward slip (f) of the rolling material is regulated to the desired forward slip value (f.sub.s) in that a lubricant rate (u.sub.R) of a lubricant is applied to the rolling material and/or at least one working roller depending on the actual forward slip value (f.sub.M) and the desired forward slip value (f.sub.s).
Abnormality detection device
An object of the invention is to provide an abnormality detection device that can detect a processing abnormality of various types of software. The abnormality detection device according to the invention divides an output data series which is output by software into one or more clusters, determines that the output data included in any cluster is normal, and determines that the output data not included in any cluster is abnormal.

Mass flow regulation in roller devices
A method for controlling a roller line, preferably a cold roller line, which has one or more roller stands each with two working rollers, which form a roller gap, through which a roller band is transportable. One or both working rollers can shift relative to the other, so that the roller gap is adjustable. The method includes making available a reference speed, which is a parameter for controlling the roller line, measurement of speed of the roller band before the inlet into the roller gap, measurement of the thickness of the roller band before the inlet into the roller gap, and adjustment of the roller gap of one or more roller frames in the roller line on the basis of measured speed and thickness before the inlet into the roller gap as well as the reference speed.
