The system further includes one or more sensors supported relative to the frame. The sensor(s) are configured to capture data indicative of a fluid flow past the ground engaging tool as the agricultural implement is moved across the field. The system further includes a controller configured to monitor the data received from the sensor(s) and identify an operational status of the ground engaging tool based at least in part on a comparison between one or more monitored values associated with the fluid flow past the ground engaging tool as the agricultural implement is moved across the field and a predetermined threshold value.

AUTOMATED GROUND LEVELING USING ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK

A surface grading system includes a traction unit and a scraper implement attached thereto via a three-point hitch system. A controller automatically controls an actuator of the three-point hitch system to automatically adjust a position of the scraper implement relative to the traction unit to automatically profile the ground surface to achieve a desired profile. The controller includes an Artificial Neural Network that receives a pitch angle of the traction unit and a leveling variation as input values, and outputs a hitch control signal. The Artificial Neural Network includes a first layer using a logarithmic sigmoid function as an activation function, and an output layer using a linear function as an activation function. The hitch control signal raises or lowers the three-point hitch system as the traction unit moves across the ground surface.

A yard leveling and conditioning apparatus has a rectangular frame. The frame has a plurality of forward mounted V-shaped knives attached to a forward portion of the frame, and a plurality of rearward mounted V-shaped knives attached to a rearward portion of the frame. The plurality of forward and rearward mounted V-shaped knives project downward when in an engagement position. The apparatus has a first side wheel mounted to a first side of the frame and a second side wheel mounted to a second side of the frame. A third wheel is mounted to the rearward portion of the frame. A tongue is rotatably attached to the forward portion of the frame and is configured for attachment to a pulling source. The first, second and third wheels are configured to project in an upward orientation when in the engagement position and do not touch the ground in the engagement position.

The ripper mechanism further includes a latching mechanism and a reset bar extending outwardly away from the plane portion and coupled to the latching mechanism. The reset bar is shiftable between a first position wherein the ripper teeth are secured in the retracted orientation by the latching mechanism and a second position wherein the ripper teeth are biased toward the extended position by the latching mechanism.

Agricultural tillage implement wheel control

An agricultural tillage implement includes a main section including a hitch extending in a travel direction, a plurality of foldable wing sections coupled with the main section, a plurality of ground engaging tilling elements, a plurality of wheel assemblies and a control system. The tilling elements are coupled to the main section and wing sections. Each of the wheel assemblies include an actuator. The wheel assemblies include a first plurality of wheel assemblies associated with the main section and a second plurality of wheel assemblies associated with the plurality of wing sections. The actuators of the first plurality of wheel assemblies being independent of the actuators of the second plurality of wheel assemblies. The control system is configured to actuate the actuators to effect a profile minimizing operation of the foldable wing sections when the implement is being transitioned into a transport mode.
