The drilling needle receptacle device, in which a drilling needle (1) having a flattened end section (1) can be received, has a receptacle element (7), at least two clamping bodies (10) and a clamping insert (6). The receptacle element (7) has at least one cylindrical section (72) having a recess (71) and the clamping insert (6) has counter-molded bodies (61) which supplement the clamping bodies (10) and which extend away from a stop disc (62). The stop disc (62) contacts a face of the cylindrical section (72) and has a lead-through opening (63) for the drilling needle (1). The counter-molded body (61) and the clamping bodies (10) are designed in respect of the dimensions and shape thereof for arrangement in the recess (71) and for clamping receiving of the flattened end section (1) of the drilling needle (1) between the clamping bodies (10) and the counter-molded bodies (61). The invention further relates to a drilling needle and to a drilling needle-drill chuck assembly.

LIGHTED POWER TOOL

An electric grinding tool includes a motor housing coupleable to an electrical power source, a motor configured to receive power from the electrical power source and including an output shaft extending along a motor axis, a handgrip coupled to and coaxial with the motor housing, a tool holder rotatably driven upon rotation of the motor, the tool holder configured to receive a shaft of a grinding accessory, and a light unit coupled to and at least partially recessed in a front end portion of the electric grinding tool. The light unit includes a plurality of lights mounted to an at least partially ring shaped printed circuit board that is received in a support ring, and a cover ring received over the lights.

Accessory tool

An accessory tool includes an adapter end, and a shank coupled to the adapter end and including a first length. The shank includes a tool engagement portion, and a first reduced portion disposed between the tool engagement portion and the adapter end. The first reduced portion has a second length. The shank additionally includes a second reduced portion formed in the tool engagement portion between the first reduced portion and an end of the shank. The second length is 2.5% to 15% of a total length of the accessory tool.

A mandrel assembly includes a mandrel, adapter, and bit coupler. The mandrel includes a shank part axially disposed in the mandrel, an adapter receiver, and a coupler receiver. An internal hole runs axially through the adapter. The coupler includes first and second axial sections, and an axial bit connection hole with a polygonal section proximate to an inner side, and a cylindrical section proximate to an opening. An outer wall of the adapter fits with an inner wall of the adapter receiver. An outer wall of the first section fits with an inner wall of the coupler receiver. An outer wall of the second coupler fits with the internal hole of the adapter. The mandrel transmits torque, via the adapter receiver and coupler receiver, to the adapter and then to a hole saw coupled to the adapter, and to the coupler and then to a bit coupled to the coupler.

Machine tool

A machine tool includes: a lower tool rest on which a plurality of tools are mounted; a motor provided at the lower tool rest, for rotating a rotating tool when the rotating tool is mounted on the lower tool rest; and a tool holder attached to the lower tool rest, for detachably holding the tool. The tool holder has a clamping mechanism portion operating between a clamping state of clamping the tool and an unclamping state of unclamping the tool, as a result of transmission of motive power generated at the motor.
