Overheating of and unintended melting of powder is suppressed, and thus the shaping accuracy is improved. A three-dimensional shaping apparatus includes an electron gun that generates an electron beam, at least one primary deflector that deflects the electron beam one- or two-dimensionally, at least one lens that is provided between the electron gun and the primary deflector and focuses the electron beam, a secondary deflector that is provided between the electron gun and the primary deflector, and deflects the electron beam one- or two-dimensionally, and a controller that controls the deflection directions and scanning speeds of the primary deflector and the second deflector. The controller controls the deflection direction and scanning speed of the second deflector while the scanning speed of the primary deflector is lower than a predetermined speed.

A hybrid article is disclosed including a coating disposed on and circumscribing the lateral surface of a core having a core material. The coating includes about 35% to about 95% of a first metallic material having a first melting point, and about 5% to about 65% of a second metallic material having a second melting point lower than the first melting point. The coating is sinter-bonded to the core. A method for forming the hybrid article is disclosed including disposing the core in a die, introducing a slurry having the metallic materials into a gap between the lateral surface and the die, and sintering the slurry, forming the coating. A method for closing an aperture of an article is disclosed including inserting the hybrid article into the aperture, and brazing the hybrid article to the article, welding the aperture with the hybrid article serving as weld filler, or both.
METHOD OF PRODUCING GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET
A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet has magnetic properties improved over conventional grain-oriented electrical steel sheets. A method of producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises: heating a steel slab at 1300? C. or less, the steel slab having a chemical composition containing C, Si, Mn, acid-soluble Al, S and/or Se, Sn and/or Sb, N, and a balance being Fe and inevitable impurities; subjecting the steel slab to hot rolling to obtain a hot rolled steel sheet; subjecting the hot rolled steel sheet to cold rolling once, or twice or more with intermediate annealing performed therebetween, to obtain a cold rolled steel sheet with a final sheet thickness; subjecting the cold rolled steel sheet to primary recrystallization annealing; applying an annealing separator to a surface of the cold rolled steel sheet after the primary recrystallization annealing; and then subjecting the cold rolled steel sheet to secondary recrystallization annealing.
